Nearby attractions: La Loire (River) 1.5 km, Langeais (castle) 15 km, Vouvray-Wine (degustation) 20 km, Azay-le-Rideau (castle) 21 km, Bourgeuil-Wine (degustation) 35 km, Amboise 36 km.
"Le Coteau Fleury", 2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with TV. Exit to the garden. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open large gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Zeer prettige locatie.
Geweldige gastvrouw ! Vakantiehuisje was van alles voorzien, alsook buiten ( terrassen). Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden o.a. Kastelen en gezellige dorpjes. Grote supermarkt dichtbij. Huisje is gelegen in een rustig straatje, geen overlast van verkeer. Auto konden we op de binnenplaats parkeren, gaf een veilig gevoel. Zolder was erg warm om te slapen, maar voor een ventilator was gezorgd. Het huisje is erg idyllisch, veel planten/bloemen en dat maakt je verblijf extra gezellig !

Mooie gîte
Leuke gîte indien je van de stijl (oud meubilair, een onhandige en oude keuken) houdt. Wifiverbinding was erg onstabiel. Slaapkamer boven ontzettend warm en moeilijk frisser te krijgen..... Prijs/kwaliteit is deze gîte echt te duur.

Little gem in the village with parking
Great accommodation for a physically able couple. Excellent outside space with well tended plants and features. Steep stairs to bedroom and upstairs could be difficult to keep sufficiently cool but we experienced exceptionally hot weather. The owner lived across the road and was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Good base for the Loire area.

Perfekte Lage, wunderbare Terrasse
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Alle Nachbarn in der Straße waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gastgeberin wohnt genau gegenüber und hat gerne Tipps für Besichtigungen in der Umgebung gegeben und bei Fragen jederzeit geholfen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Auto kann man im Hof parken. Der Hof ist - wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - wunderschön bepflanzt und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten viele entspannte Abende auf der schönen Terrasse. Vielen Dank für eine entspannte und interessante Woche!

Sehr schönes und angenehmes Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieterin,die sehr bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, sie hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Region gegeben. eine Wohnung mit viel Atmosphäre; sehr nette Vermieterin; Luynes ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen, in typischer Lage an der Loire und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zu einer Vielzahl von Zielen entlang der Loire - Saumur, Chinon, Langeais, Tours, Chaumont, ... die Loire selbsts als weitgehend naturbelassener Fluss ..

Wunderschönes altes Haus mit w...
Wunderschönes altes Haus mit wunderschönem sehr gepflegten Aussenbereich. Es ist alles im Haus und im Aussenbereich vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, gibt Tipps und unterstützt gerne. Sie wohnt im Haus neben an, so dass man, wenn man möchte, auchvöllige Privatspäre hat.
