In the hamlet Cluzel 1.5 km from the centre of Pontcirq, 9 km from the centre of Prayssac, 21 km from the centre of Cahors, 9 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Maec" 18 km.

Shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
