For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 10'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees. 150 m long motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 8 cars, limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 50 m. Einfach ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Die Appartementanlage (baugleiche Ferienhäuser in Hanglage) liegt auf Elba etwas außerhalb, sprich für alle Aktivitäten braucht man ein Auto. Zur nächsten attraktiven Stadt, Porto Azzuro, fährt man ungefähr 15-20 Minuten. Der nächst gelegene Strand (5 Minuten) ist nett, aber es gibt sehr viel attraktivere Strände auf Elba. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr schlicht, besonders im Küchenbereich. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und man spürte jede Sprungfeder einzeln.

La casa là fuori sembra bella, ma dentro è piena di umidità. Non si respira poi il responsabile non è molto accogliente gli asciugamani e le lenzuole non ci sono i materassi, sempre di dormire sulle molle meglio dormire per terra che è sui materassi. In più c'è non c'è molta pulizia sia fuori che dentro e le lenzuole che loro danno a noleggio non sono i prezzi che sono scritti sul ti fan pagare per due copie di lenzuole €40

Ideale per il relax
Siamo stati particolarmente soddisfatti della cordialità e disponibilità del responsabile della struttura, che ci è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni igieniche. Magari la casa potrebbe essere meglio attrezzata, ma anche così com'è può andare. La posizione del villaggio lo rende un punto di partenza ideale per visitare la zona orientale dell'isola.

Le villette sono tenute molto bene e di dimensioni adeguate. l'unica nota poco positiva sono i molti gradini che separano dall'auto che se nei giorni normali non è un problema con spesa e valigie può dare un po' fastidio.

Ferienhaus - nicht barrierefrei
Die Unterkunft wurde als nicht barrierefrei beschrieben. Zu unserer Unterkunft waren es 55 Stufen - grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber es gab keine Möglichkeit das Ferienhaus zum Ein- und Ausladen anzufahren… insbesondere bei An- und Abreise problematisch. Es waren keine Kaffeemaschine und auch kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. In der Küche und im Wohnzimmer gab es keine Steckdosen.

De accomodatie is heel netjes en schoon! De beheerder is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Het enige nadeel is de afwezigheid Van een parasol, waardoor wij s’ochtends in de volle zon moesten ontbijten! De trappen naar onze woning waren een pittige wandeling aan zicht! Dat was voor ons van te voren niet duidelijk!

Nettes und gut geschnittenes F...
Nettes und gut geschnittenes Ferienhaus mit leider brettharten Betten. Es liegt fast überhaupt kein Informationsmaterial aus, wie wir es aus anderen Unterkünften anderer Veranstalter kennen. Der 1,5 Km entfernte Strand wird weit überwiegend von einer großen Ferienanlage belegt und genutzt und ist auch an sich nicht sehr attraktiv, so dass man jeden Tag gezwungen ist, das Auto zu nehmen. Reisetipps: Schöne Insel mit zahllosen Badebuchten und zum Teil schönen Stränden. Kleine Orte, die zum Bummeln einladen. Fahrradfahren ist aufgrund der engen, kurvigen und überaus steilen Straßen sehr gefährlich, Fahrradwege fehlen völlig.

Bettwäsche aus Kunststoff sehr unangenehm, Kinderzimmer im Obergeschoss wird sehr warm, da es nur ein kleines Fenster gibt. Den Garten könnte man noch ein wenig anlegen, alles vertrocknet. Ein Oleanderkübel o.ä. wäre schön. ansonsten alles wunderbar!

Unterkunft schön gelegen (Hang...
Unterkunft schön gelegen (Hanglage), jedoch ohne Meerblick;8 Doppelferienhäuser in zwei Reihen im Korkeichenhain angelegt, die Privatsphäre bleibt soweit gut erhalten, wobei unsere Familie fast alleine in der Anlage gewohnt hat. Möblierung und Küchenausstattung sind in Ordnung und alles gut in Schuß. Leider gibt es Probleme mit Ameisen in allen Größen, die aber mit Ameisenfallen einigermaßen bekämpft werden. Die Parksituation ist fragwürdig: keine Stellplätze am Haus, ein Carport am schrägen Hang und mitsehr geringer Wendemöglichkeit, alles ungepflastert Sand–Splitdecke (in ca. 50m Abstand zur Anlage gibt es noch eine waagrechte Parkfläche); das Gepäck ist also immer über eine gewisse (weite) Strecke zu zum Ferienhaus zu tragen; positiv ist die sehr ruhige Lage zu beurteilen. Die Anbindung über die Straße nach Rio nel Elba, bzw. Rio Marina funktioniert. Extra bezahlt werden muss der verbrauchte Strom, bei 4 Personen (ohne den Einsatz der Klimaanlagen) sind das bei 6 Übernachtungen ca. 15 – 20 €. Bitte Nachts die Türen schließen, denn es gab ein Mäuschen in unserem Haus. Reisetipps: Elba ist eine einmalig schöne Insel im toskanischen Archipel, die unzählige sehenswerte Orte und ein sauberes Meer hat! In einem Umkreis von 30 Minuten Fahrzeit sind sehenswert: Mineralienmuseum in Rio Marina (Fahrt in die Eisenmine, mit etwas Glück sind Pyritknollen oder Hämatite zu finden); der botanische Garten auf der Strecke von Rio nell Elba nach Nisporto, ein Pflanzenkleinod und vieles mehr;
