Große, sehr kinderfreundliche Wohnung. Die Möbel sind schon etwas älter und die Küche hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber alles war sehr sauber und Garten, Pool und Gastgeber haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Räume sind angenehm gross. Die ungewohnten "Federkernmatratzen" stören manchmal den Schlaf. Im Dorf fehlte uns ein Gasthaus oder eine Bar. Es ist ein sehr"verschlafenes Kaff"

Sehr feundlicher und immer hilfsbereite Betreuung... Einziger Wunsch obwohgl wir kein(!) Problem mit Stechmücken hatten, wäre in den Schlafzimmern ein Moskitonetz vor den fenstern zu haben. Alles in Allem -SUPERURLAUB...wir werden wieder buchen...

ja, er is altijd wat op of aan te merken, maar het was netjes verzorgt en in orde. Er mocht wat meer bestek in de la liggen, er zijn geen muggen horren maar daarom wel een airco. Het zijn geen grote zaken. Woning is ruim. Zwembad is mooi en de mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Top Wohnung, tolle Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Uns hat sie gut gefallen. Wir haben als 5-köpfige Familie von zwei vollwertigen Bädern profitiert. Da wir nur einen kleinen Terrassentisch am Haus hatten, haben wir den Küchentisch nach draußen gestellt. 2 Waschmaschinen quasi zur freien Verfügung und Wäscheständer. Der Pool ist super! Größe und Sauberkeit absolut top! Die Vermieter haben uns gute Tipps gegeben und regelmäßig mit frischem Obst versorgt (Birnen, Pfirsiche, Nektarinen, Zitronen).

Perfekte Woche in Lucca

Top-Lage für jegliche Unternehmung, ca. 10min von Lucca, 35min zum Meer, 30min nach Pisa, 45min in die Berge. Wandern, Mountainbiken und Rennradfahren geht praktisch fast vom Haus weg. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, die Vermieterin super unkompliziert. Zwei Schlafzimmer ein Wohnzimmer, Essküche, Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und ein riesiger Pool mit fantastischer Aussicht. Und das alles zu einem fairen Preis.

Der Pool ist echt klasse, für Kinder geeignet, da max 150 cm tief. Die Wohnung war geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage. Für 5 Sterne reicht es aber nicht, da zB die Küchenschränke schon leicht schief waren, ebenso war der Gasherd mit 4 Platten leicht schief. Das größte Problem waren jedoch die fehlenden Fliegenschutzgitter. Man konnte abends nicht lüften, sonst holte man sich unzählige Stechmücken ins Haus. Abends konnte man wegen den Viechern daher auch nicht mehr draußen sitzen

Wir haben unseren 14 tägigen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus "Casa Rosa", in der Wohnung "Sabrina", sehr genossen. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe der schönen Stadt Lucca. Von hier aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, 5 Terre und zur Windgrotte unternommen (im Haus liegt jede Menge Infomaterial für Ausflüge in der Toskana aus). Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Auto-Minuten entfernt. In dem tollen, großen Pool und der angrenzenden Wiese konnten unsere Kinder wunderbar spielen und die Erwachsenen

Toller Toskana Urlaub für Familien

Von hier aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, 5 Terre und zur Windgrotte unternommen (im Haus liegt jede Menge Infomaterial für Ausflüge in der Toskana aus). Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Auto-Minuten entfernt. In dem tollen, großen Pool und der angrenzenden Wiese konnten unsere Kinder wunderbar spielen und die Erwachsenen hatten die gewünschte Ruhe und Entspannung. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren immer in ausreichender Anzahl für die 4 Parteien des Ferienhauses vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt und liebevoll mit verschiedenen Blumen, Limonen-Bäumchen und Sitzgelegenheiten für die Allgemeinheit gestaltet. Hin und wieder kann man in den angelegten Hecken auch ein Ei der freilaufenden Hühner finden, die wir sodann zum Eigenbedarf nutzen durften. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der netten italienischen Vermieter-Familie, die im Haus nebenan wohnt. Neben tollen Ratschlägen zu Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bekamen wir dank Erntesaison regelmäßig frisches, leckeres Obst wie Melonen oder Pfirsiche aus dem eigenen Anbau geschenkt. Falls es einem Gast an irgendetwas fehlte, wurde stets für "Ersatz" gesorgt. Durch ihre herzliche und unaufdringliche Art haben wir uns herzlich willkommen und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt.
