Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 160 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. 2 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Borgo Marina" 5.2 km pebble beach "Borgo Foce" 4.8 km. Please note: car recommended.
