Schöne Aussicht

Herausragend ist nur die Aussicht. Zustand der Möbel gut aber dennoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Sonnenschirm. Keine bequemen Stühle auf Balkon. Nur 2 kleine Stühle ohne Lehne. Sehr kleiner Tisch. Wohnung sehr! hellhörig! Zufahrt wie beschrieben schwierig

Funktionelle wohnung, alles was man braucht, Küche komplett, Lage wunderschön und Einfahrt steil aber sogar mit Bulli zu meistern. Feine Motorradtouren im Umfeld möglich. Im Oktober noch im Meer gebadet. Die Eigentümerin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Hat richtig Erholung gebracht, gerne wieder...

Ausblick hervorragend

Herausragend war nur die Aussicht. Die Wohnung zwar sehr sauber aber dennoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Küche minimalistisch ausgestattet. Wohnung sehr hellhörig/innen wie außen. Leider waren auf dem Balkon nur 2 kleine Stühle ohne Lehne und ein sehr kleiner Tisch. Sonnenschirm und bequeme Stühle Fehlanzeige. Zufahrt wie beschrieben schwierig.

Appena sufficiente

L'appartamento necessita di alcuni miglioramenti soprattutto nel bagno troppo datato senza doccia con lo sciacquone che non funziona i proprietari hanno cercato di aggiustarlo ma senza esiti in più gli scarichi emanano cattivi odori Anche la cappa in cucina purtroppo l'abbiamo trovata rotta l'abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria ma non ha fatto nulla .... l'unica cosa degna di nota il panorama veramente fantastico

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderbarer Blick, sehr schöne Gegend/Wohnungslage, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß/mit dem Fahrrad bergabwärts zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön! Die Vermieterin absolut unkompliziert. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist tatsächlich etwas schmal, mit einem Audi A3 aber gut zu machen.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Panoramablick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung! Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wirklich gigantisch und fast surreal. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und das Haus insgesamt sehr schön. Die Umgebung lädt auch zum Entdecken ein. Für die Einfahrt empfiehlt es sich einen Kleinwagen zu haben, da es sehr eng ist.

die Unterkunft hat die Erwartung erfüllt

die letzten 50m Anfahrt sind schon sehr abenteuerlich 2m breit sehr steil nur mit angeklappten Spiegeln, abwärts rückwärts noch heikler, für SUVs na ja die Wohnungseinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ein Duschvorhang wäre angebracht dafür entschädigt ein sensationeller Blick auf Meer und Monte Carlo bei Nacht Bade tipp (Bordighera) 6Km Strand mit 6 Sunden frei parken ca.15min.Autofahrt

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung...

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung besonders für Selbstverpfleger (Küchenutensilien); herrlicher Blick vom Balkon über die Küste. In ca. 1 km Fußweg alle notwendigen Geschäfte + Bars erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereite, nette Vermieterin!! Sie holte uns vom Bahnhof ab. Reisetipps: Küstenwanderweg (Julia Augusta) direkt am Haus vorbei bis Hanbury Garten ca 1; 6 Std. bis Balzi Rossi / Prähistorische Ausgrabungen ca 2 Std. Fußweg. Möglichkeiten zwischendurch zu baden. Osteria del Portico in Castelvittorio: sehr leckere Bergküche.

Der Ausblick war noch schöner ...

Der Ausblick war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber und nach italienischem Stil eingerichtet. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln, es war ein super schöner Urlaub.Die Vermieterin war auch super lieb! Reisetipps: Sandstrand undKiesstrand, Restaurants und Supermärkte alles mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5–10 Minuten zu erreichen

Das Appartment ist mit allem a...

Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wäre auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Die Bilder im Intermet emtsprechen absolut der Realität! Alles ist genauso, wie beschrieben. Nur der Ausblick vom Balkon ist noch viel schöner als abgebildet. Es ist ein Traum! Das einzig Anstrengende waren die vielen Stufen vom Strand und die ansteigende Straße bis zur Unterkunft! Wenn man einen herrlichen Ausblick haben möchte und auch eine ganz nette Vermieterin, sowie alleine im 2. Stock, dann kannman nichts Besseres finden! Absolut herrlich! Reisetipps: Der botanische Garten Hanbury ist wunderschön anzusehen. Auch die Grenzstadt Menton (Frankreich) ist sehenswert! Aber auch das bergige Hinterland hat mich fasziniert.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ge...

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist genauso atemberaubend wie auf den Bildern – wahnsinnig schön!Die Anfahrt mit dem Fahrzeug ist problemlos möglich – in unserem Fall ein Octavia Kombi: man hat noch 10 cm bei jedem Seitenspiegel Platz und wir sind nicht aufgesessen (hier aber Obacht beim Ausparken).Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und funktional.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht Englisch.Insektenschutz nicht vergessen oder vor Ort kaufen, da die Wohnung keine Fliegengitter hat und die Moskitos vor Ort sehr aggressiv sind. Reisetipps: Die Parkplatzsituation in Ligurien am Meer ist etwas kniffelig. Aus diesem Grund sind wir immer zum Strand gelaufen und haben das Auto nur zum Einkaufen genutzt oder bei größeren Entfernungen.Der Stadtstrand von Ventimiglia ist schön und eignet sich zum Baden. Es wechseln sich kostenfreie und mit Liegen bestuhlte Strandabschnitte ab. Erreichbar sind die Strände in 30 Minuten mit Fußweg durch Ventimiglia alta.Die Hanbury–Villa mit botanischem Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gleich neben dem Eingang des Parks führt ein kleiner Fußweg auf die Landzunge zum Meer. Hier ist man nahezu alleine. Eventuell Badeschuhe mitnehmen, da hier Seeigel an den Felsen leben.Ein schöner Sparziergang direkt von der Porta Canarda (hinterm Haus) zu einem kleinen Strand im Ortsteil "Latte" hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Hier gibt es die Möglichkeit auf der kleinen Landzunge zu sitzen oder den Tag am Kieselstrand (im Meer dann Sandboden und flacher wie an den anderen Stränden) zu verbringen.Nach Monaco kann man zu zweit für unter 20 € (hin und zurück, zweimal die Stunde) mit der französischen SCNF fahren (Tickets links im Bahnhof erhältlich und nicht bei den Schaltern der italienischen Bahn).
