Tolles Haus, war sehr groß. In...

Tolles Haus, war sehr groß. In der Küche war alles wichtige vorhanden. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Selbst der Garten um das Haus war toll. es gab zwei Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Grill war ebenfalls vorhanden. Schade war, es gab kein WLAN. Reisetipps:In San teodoro gab es jeden Abend einen Markt, war also immer was los. Die Strände um San Teodoro sind traumhaft schön. Auto wäre für die Gegend von Vorteil.

locatie is goed: centrum, bushalte en supermarkten op 10 minuten lopen, strand op 15 minuten lopen, foto's op de site zijn van lang geleden; al met al toch een aanrader.

Die Erdgeschoßwohnung war dire...

Die Erdgeschoßwohnung war direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, die sich als Küstenstrasse durch den Ort zieht. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster war nicht möglich. Einige Küchenutensilien fehlten, selbst eine Kaffeemaschine musste erbeten werden. Internet–Zugang gab es nicht. Suftsticks waren nicht vorhanden. Diese müssen vor der Reise bestellt werden. Sauber war sie schon, die Unterkunft. Jedoch bröckelte im Außenbereich der Putz von der Decke. Die Außenwände hatten schlecht verputzte Reparaturen, Elektrokabel lagen im Terrassenbereich. Wer eine billige Studentenbude sucht mit einfachem, intensiv genutzten Mobiliar und kein Problem mit Strassenkrach in der Nachsaison hat, der ist hier richtig.Der Wäschewechsel einmal pro Woche ist selbst zu organisieren. Dieneue Wäsche gibt es nicht in der Anlage, sondern bei einer Reiseagentur, zu der man auch für andere Fragen hinfahren muss. San Teodoro hat Mülltrennung. Es lohnt sich, gleich zu Beginn mit dem 4–Kammern–System zu beschäftigen. Jeden Tag kommt eine andereMüllabfuhr. Wer am Abreisetag keine Lust hat, die vier Sorten Müll mitzunehmen und hinter der Kirche im Ort zu entsorgen, der kann für 50,00 EUR alles liegen lassen.

Wohnung war gut und nicht teue...

Wohnung war gut und nicht teuer in Oktober. Sicherlich nicht zu klein. Kein Luxus, aber hatte alles was man so braucht. Reisetipps: San Teodoro ist ein nettes Städchen auch wenn es sehr turistisch ist. Sonst waren wir nur 3 Tage dort weill wir auch andere Gegende in Sardinien besucht haben.

Sehr einfach aber ruhig

Objekt ist soweit in Ordnung. Leider sind die Matratzen so duchgelegen und weich das wir jeden Tag Rückenschmerzen hatten. Wenn der Backofen benutzt wird springt immer die Sicherung raus. Badezimmer aber soweit sauber und OK.

Ferienwohnung war gut. Super Urlaub

Die Organisation, Betreuung vor Ort und auch die Ferienwohnung waren gut. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig. Das einzige was wir bemängeln war die Küchen- und Kochausstattung. Die war sehr dürftig. Z.B. War die einzige Bratpfanne extrem verbeult oder es hatte kein Brotmesser, kein Schäler für Gemüse etc.

Sehr schöne Ferienhausanlage, abseits vom Zentrum, aber fußläufig zum tollen Strand La Cinta (Parkplätze sind nämlich teuer)

Tolles Quartier in San Teodoro

Sauberes Quartier mit schöner Terrasse, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis im September, problemlose Abwicklung über MT San Teodoro. Einzige Kritik ist, dass das Quartier am Rand von San Teodoro liegt, dafür aber in ruhige Lage.
