Private: garden (not fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Trento 61 km, Verona 70 km.

Fantastisk udsigt

Huset indeholder hvad der er brug for, men er dog noget slidt. Det ville være super med terrassemøbler på den øverste terrasse. Aircon er kun til fællesrummet, så den har ingen værdi i soverummene. Udsigten er dog helt fantastisk.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen guten Zuschnitt und ist angenehm ruhig!! Traumhafte Lage!!!

Fast perfekt

Großzügiges Haus, gut eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage, schöner Blick auf den See, gepflegter Gartenbereich, hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung. Malcesine Centro zu Fuß in 20 Min. zu erreichen (auf steilem Weg, erst noch 150 m die Straße aufwärts). Etwas negativ fallen auf die (für Oktober) zu dünnen und kurzen Bettdecken, die unzureichende Gerätschaft zur Kaffeezubereitung, die schlechte Warmwasseranbindung der Dusche im Obergeschoss, quietschende Zimmertüren, fehlende Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern. Trotzdem aber insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es früher als Wohnung für eine Familie gebaut wurde. Die Lage oberhalb von Malcesine bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Bei einer Nutzung mit zwei Personen hatten wir sehr viel Platz. Das Haus ist aber auch für eine Familie mit Kindern gut geeignet. Die Lage oberhalb von Malcesine bedeutet aber auch immer entweder einen Fußmarsch von 25 Minuten bis ins Zentrum oder die Nutzung des Autos.

Top Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande von Malcesine. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und aus den Fenstern ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Meer bzw zum Ortskern dauert ca 25 Minuten. Für mich war es kein Problem, allerdings gibt es da kein Gehweg und man muss direkt auf der Fahrbahn laufen. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng, ich war mit meinem Touran unterwegs und meine Frau traute sich nicht dort rein oder rauszufahren (ca 20 cm links und rechts bei Durchfah übrig). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

14Tage im Ferienhaus mit prächtigem Panoramablick

Wir haben die 14 Tage im Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Panoramablick (Balkon) genossen. Das Haus war für unsere Befürfnisse vollständig ausgestattet. Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit 3Personen und einem Hund belegt. Kleine Einschränkungen: - Fußweg nach Malcesine ca. 20 min über die kurvenreiche und enge Via Panoramica ohne Randstreifen (Bürgersteig) - Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Supermarkt ohne ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit (...warten bis ein Parkplatz frei wird).

Mit folgenden vier Verbesserun...

Mit folgenden vier Verbesserungen wäre das ein TOP Ferienhaus:1. Sonnenschutz auf der Seeterasse, ist bei Sonneneinstrahlung (Aug) nicht nutzbar2. Der fehlende Handlauf an der Treppe ist absolut untragbar 3. WLAN z.g.Teil nicht nutzbar (Geschwindigkeit)4. Der wohl in das Ferienhaus entsorgte Fernseher sollte ersetzt werden (Format)Ansonsten gute Ausstattung, Spitzenlage und für die Gardaseeverhältnisse ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen ggf wieder.
