Das sehr gut ausgestattete Appartment besitzt 2 Dachterassen mit wundervollem Blick. Die luftige Höhe hat den Nachteil, dass man 1/2 Stunde zum Strand laufen mus Es gibt viele Dachschrägen in den Räumen, das ist für große Leute störend. Unten wohnt eine sehr nette und betagte Besitzerin; sie ist gesprächsbereit, lässt einen aber in Frieden, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Ich würde diese Wohnung, wenn auch kostspielig, gern öfter buchen, wenn sie nicht so häufig belegt wäre.

Klasse Aussicht mit fadem Beigeschmack
Herrlicher Ausblick. Leider ist die Dachwohnung abgelebt (defekte Spülmaschine, spröde Sonnenschirme, Matratzen, ausziehbare Schlafcouch und TV-Sessel). Die Duschkabine ist grenzwertig aufgrund der Verschmutzung. Mit kleinen Kindern ist große Vorsicht geboten wegen den teilweise offenen Steckdosen. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas unhygienisch u die Balkontür nicht mehr verriegelbar. Außenbereich nur dürftig gepflegt und leider nicht abrutschsicher für Kleinkinder. Besitzerin freundlich.

Das Objekt war besonders im Außenbereich ungepflegt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund ihres Alters und Gesundheitszustandes ist uns klar, dass sie sich nicht um die Sauberhaltung kümmern kann. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses hat man eine total gute Sicht auf das Meer. Das mildert die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Schöner Meerblick
+ nette Vermieterin + wunderbare Aussicht + sehr ruhige Lage + gute Parkmöglichkeit + schöne Strände + klares Meer - weiter bzw. steiler Weg zum Strand (Luftlinie ca. 300m) und zur Stadt (ca. 3 km mit dem Auto), aber dafür müssen ca. 130 Höhenmeter überwunden werden, was wir nur einmal zu Fuß gemacht haben.

Stunning views
This holiday home is on the hillside with relatively easy access to Finale Ligure (by car). The owner is lovely and very helpful. Views are to die for but note that it can get very windy, in October at least so did not use the balcony as much as anticipated. The decor needs some updating but kitchen is relatively well equipped. We did not need the heating or aircon. The place was great with a dog as thre are walks from the doorstep.

Traumhaft schöne Lage mit zwei Terassen und Meerblick. Sehr ruhig, ca. 2 km vom Ort Finale entfernt. 3 Restaurants in direkter unmittelbarer Nähe. Nette Vermieterin die einwenig deutsch spricht. Verglaste Veranda was bei schlechterem Wetter wircklich schön ist. Starke Dachschrägen - für sehr grosse Menschen eher nicht ideal. Ausstattung in der Küche überfüllt. Duschkabine müsste erneuert werden. Ansonsten gut- und feriengerecht eingerichtet. Ideal für 2 Personen. Top Wanderausgangspunkt!

Die Unterkunft verfügt über ei...
Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sehr beeindruckende Sicht auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin war stets ansprechbar und hat uns mit ihrem Auto durch den Ort gefahren und uns auf günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hingewiesen. Dabei hat sie uns auch ihre eigene Geschichte, die sie mit dem Ort verbindet, anschaulich dargestellt. Wir durften Olivenöl probieren, Mandarinen genießen und Zitronen ernten, die um das Haus herum wachsen. Auch Wein wird in dem Agriturismo geerntet. Reisetipps: Das Hotel-Restaurant "Rosita" war während unseres Aufenthaltes leider für kurze Zeit im Urlaub. Es gibt weitere Lokalitäten im Umkreis. Insgesamt: sehr empfehlenswert! Wir danken vielmals der Vermieterin und ihrem Sohn.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!!!!!
Die FeWo war genau so wie beschrieben. Das heißt alles bestens und auch die Lage war traumhaft. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und ein herzensguter Mensch. Wir konnten uns aufgrund ihrer doch ganz guten Deutschkenntnisse auch sehr gut unterhalten. Alles in allem also war es für uns ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt dort. Zu kritisieren wäre nur, das im Außenbereich Liegestühle( inklusive Auflagen) fehlten. Hier wurde jedoch von der Vermieterin versichert, umgehend Abhilfe zu schaffen. Kurz anmerken möchte ich auch noch, das die Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen ausgelegt sein soll. Das finde ich persönlich dann doch als zu eng bemessen. Wir waren zu zweit und das war für uns auch optimal. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und empfehle sie auch sehr gerne weiter.
