Newly renovated! 60 second walk to the private beach! INTERCOSTAL WATER VIEW. Located in St. Pete Beach (Historic Pass-A-Grille Beach) where it’s peaceful and beautiful!

Completely furnished 2 Bedroom, 1 full Bath (Jack and Jill) great for privacy and 1/2 bath each bedroom is furnished with queen size beds. Courtyard available for grilling and outdoor family gatherings. Up to 3 parking spaces for your needs. Full size washer/dryer available for all guest. Covered porch to view the INTERCOSTAL. Our wood floors are original, This COTTAGE is TIDY and VERY UNIQUE!!!!

FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus will take you to nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.

Maximum occupancy is 6 for this property (There will be $50.00 charge for more than six people/per night/per person.)

WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS pet AND $500 for bigger than 20 LBS PER PET/PER STAY. PROOF OF THE PET VACCINATION REQUIRED.

This property is wonderful. Great location a block from the beach. Super walkable. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Cory was so so very accommodating I was coming to the area for a reunion Several days before Hurricane Helene came through Cory worked very hard to get the property ready for me I don’t think I would have been able to find an alternative rental Thanks for making the best out of a bad situation

Great Girls Getaway

A quick mother/daughter trip was perfect due to the wonderful little house at the beach. It's a super quick walk to a wonderful "almost private" beach. Cory was so nice and helpful! Would 100% recommend this place and hope to return! Lee

Relaxing Beach House

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Extra 1/2 bath with three people was a real plus. The rainfall shower head rocked. Cable tv/Roku/WiFi all excellent. There was a nice outdoor grill and we were able to use it twice. We’ve been to Pass a Grill about 10 years in a row. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We pretty much bring all the beach stuff we require but there’s lots here to use if you need it. This section of the beach was quiet and easy to access. Cory was super nice. A+++. Thanks for a great week!

Absolutely perfect!

This was a great stay. The location is perfect, beach is steps away, husband fished steps away to the bay. We didn’t need our car as we were in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely spotless. The owner is extremely accommodating and he and his family are very friendly. I would without a doubt stay here again.

Awesome!

I loved this place! It was a great walk into the heart of PAG and shops and restaurants were all close. Our host, Cory was kind and was there with anything we needed. He even brought over a bottle of wine (or two!). I really couldn’t have asked for anything more from this great little get-a-way! Perfect in every way.

Great Experience from Booking to Departure

Great Beach House

This house was perfect for two couples. Beach towels and chairs were provided so no need to take up luggage space. One minute walk to quiet peaceful beach and only minutes to lots of restaurants. We recommend The Frog Pond, Ricky T’s, Dockside and GiGi’s. Very easy check out.

amazing little gem

This is the perfect little beach house. Very short walk to nearly empty beach. No crowds. Walkable to the downtown pass-a-grille area. The house is SUPER CLEAN and stylish. Cory is a great host. If you want a relaxing beach vacation , this is for you.

Perfect Location

We had the best time ever! The access to the beach was perfect and the beach was absolutely stunning. Corey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. On our check out day, my parents Uber did not show up and Corey drove them to the airport. AND, he refused to take any compensation from my mother. Corey is a kind and thoughtful person and I highly recommend staying her for a perfect beach get-a-way.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The property owner is very friendly with fantastic communication. He is very attentive to any needs or concerns that we had. The property is beautiful; a lot of pride went into every detail of this house. And best of all, literally steps from the beach. A very short walk, literally 60 seconds from the front door to the beautiful beach. We would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended property.

Best VRBO Experience!

We had the best experience with Corey! The rental was incredibly clean and well taken care of. Corey and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome! It is literally less than a minute walk to the beach! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely go back.

Awesome Stay!

The house was absolutely adorable! Cory is extremely attentive and informative. The house has a lot of recent renovations so it is practically brand new. So close to the beach and a central location of Pass-A-Grille! We used FreeBee to get around. The beach felt like it was all to ourselves. Would 10/10 recommend it and stay there again.
