Deck 47

This holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz offers an idyllic location close to the water and is ideal for four people.



The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a marvellous view of the Schlei and a TV. Two additional sleeping places can be provided on request in the living room with a pull-out couch (160x193cm) (the room cannot be completely darkened).



The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, as well as an infrared cabin for wellness lovers.

The apartment impresses with its open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the harbour. The equipment includes a smart TV, WiFi and a Blu-ray player, so there is no shortage of entertainment options. The underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the apartment, even in the colder months.



Outside, a terrace with harbour views invites you to relax and enjoy. There is also a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space directly in front of the house.



The resort itself offers numerous amenities: An Edeka supermarket with a bakery and café is within walking distance, as is a small bathing bay with a sandy beach, a children's playground and a football pitch. Families and holidaymakers will find everything their hearts desire here.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Leider fehlte uns etwas Infrastruktur. Ein Edeka mit Bistro und ein Italiener sind vor Ort, schön wären ein paar Lokale oder Bistros am kleinen Strand oder etwas mehr an der Marina. Keine Strandkörbe weit und breit zu sehen. Schade. Vielleicht war es zu früh im Jahr.

Eine schöne, komfortable Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Winterferien hier verbracht und haben den tollen Blick auf die Schlei bei jedem Wetter genießen können. Die kalten Tage hat uns die Infrarotkabine dann wieder versüßt. Die Einrichtung hat einen guten Standard. Da quietscht kein Bett, da ist kein Wasserhahn völlig verkalkt und es gibt schönes, gutes Geschirr. Ja, diese Verschmutzung in der Toilette besteht, aber ich wüsste auch nicht was man da machen kann. Ich persönlich fand es nicht so schlimm. Für ein Ferienobjekt, mit dem sicher nicht jeder so sorgsam umgeht, ist die Wohnung top und sehr gepflegt.

Wenn Olpenitz, dann diese Ferienwohnung

Das Ostsee-Resort-Olpenitz ist sehr groß und in der Hauptreisezeit sicher sehr voll. Diese Ferienwohnung liegt aber so, dass es sicher trotzdem ein toller Urlaub wird. Etwas abseits, daher ruhig und vorne heraus der Blick auf den Hafen und hinten heraus auf Schlei. Wir haben es genossen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Tolle Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Bad mit wann mit Whirlpoolfunktion und Infrarotsauna. Allerdings kam nicht immer zuverlässig warmes Wasser, was wohl an der Bauart der Anlage liegt.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Auf der herrlichen Terrasse fehlten leider ein paar bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, um in die Sonne bzw. In den Windschatten rücken zu können! Auch im Bad ist leider das WC inzwischen unansehnlich geworden! Aber insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schwächen!

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage. Trotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, der Blick aufs Wasser ist echt toll. Wir werden sicherlich das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort. Erfreulich überrascht waren wir, dass die Betten schon bezogen waren. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber, alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, z.B. dass das Geschirr nicht genau abgezählt vorhanden ist; es sind von allen Teile mehr als nötig da. Ansonsten ist wirklich vom Bügeleisen über elekt. Grillplatte bis zur Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer alles da. Insgesamt geben wir gerne 5 von 5 Sternen für alles. Ist bestimmt nicht das letzte mal, das wir dort waren.

Herrliches Licht direkt am Wasser

Wir waren bei allerbestem Wetter im März hier. Dann ist das Licht in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse traumhaft und in der Anlage noch nicht so viel los. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist Top. Bei stürmischem Wetter wird es allerdings auf der ganzen Anlage ziemlich laut, aber dafür wohnt man wirklich direkt am Wasser.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit hatten wir in diesem Domizil. Die Betten sind hervorragend, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Wundervolle Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet und verwaltet, gepflegt, tolle Kommunikation

Wir hatten ein einzigartig schönes Wochenende. Das gesamte Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick auf das Wasser ist wundervoll und auch die Umgebung bestechend. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und der Verwaltung war überaus freundlich und angenehm. Der kurze Aufenthalt hat es uns sehr angetan und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach schön

Schöne, helle und gemütliche Wohnung. Von allen Seiten Blick auf Wasser. Gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Eine Stehlampe im Wohnbereich zum abendlichen Zusammenkommen wäre schön. Super Betreuung vor Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
