Stunning view

We really enjoyed the location and the view. The condo was lovely as well, with two exceptions. The shower in the master bathroom was very weak…maybe 6 little streams of water. Also, in the second bathroom, you need to let cleaning crew know that there was mold on the shower curtain. Other than that, lovely condo.

Nice Unit

Overall nice unit…we stayed at this same place years ago and it has been slightly updated since. We would stay there again and we recommend Mock's, but a little TLC would make a big impact on this unit.

Great condo, great views

This is the third time we've stayed at OP 32, Just Beachy. It's the perfect condo for us. It is comfortable, easily accessible and has spectacular views. Mock's has been a fantastic company to work with. We love their efficient check-in/out process.

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo has the most stunning views! I could have just loved on the patio! It was so great that the condo had beach towels and chairs to use(one less thing to pack:) We will definitely be back!

Nice Location but had issues

Have stayed here before and love the location. But had several issues this time. AC was not working when we arrived, water poured in from the roof when it rained heavy and poor housekeeping from previous stay. Will probably not stay in this unit again.

Just Beachy

This condo was in the perfect location for the car event at Amelia. A two minute walk and you were in the auction but quiet inside when the door was closed. The condo was nice and clean. Could use a little updating but still nice and we were very comfortable. Would love to stay again if we are in Amelia Island.

Perfect spot!

This was our second time staying at this condo and it didn't disappoint. It has everything you need and the best views. It comfortably slept 4 adults and a baby. We really enjoyed the “front row” seats to a spectacular New Years fireworks display right on the beach in front of us! Mock's has also been a delight to work with. They are very efficient with their whole process and I look forward to staying with them again in the future!

Unit 32 Just Beachy

Although I was disappointed to not be able to stay in Unit 22 Sea Forever, I couldn't been more pleased with Unit 32 during the Thanksgiving holidays. It was very nicely decorated and well-maintained. Most importantly, my husband and I loved the views from the 7th floor. I would clearly recommend this to future guests of Ocean Place.

Great vacation!!

We love coming to Ocean Place every year! Just Beachy was good but overall could stand some decor update. It certainly fit our needs though. A couple points for improvement would be replacing shower heads as the original ones in place have very little water pressure. Also the kitchen cookware could stand to Be improved. There was a tiny sheet pan but a larger one is really necessary for those that cook much. Otherwise the unit was clean and had a great view of the beach. Mocks is definitely our favorite to rent from

Perfect view and very clean!

This experience was so easy. From Booking the property to checking in and checking out, it was hassle free. We were kept up to date with email communication that was thorough and professional. We needed a quick weekend getaway and this was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and very spacious for the three of us. The pool was clean and we had quick access to the beach. Parking was easy. We will definitely use this company again for our next beach trip!

Perfect Mother's Day Getaway!

We decided on a last minute getaway for Mother's Day Weekend. Our lives are very busy with school, work and sports. This was just what we needed to recharge! The condo has very high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry room, etc. The main attraction is the fabulous balcony with ocean/beach views for miles. It was exactly what I was looking for in a condo with my family. The condo is very nice and conveniently located right next door to the Ritz Carlton with fabulous amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocean Place at Amelia Island and Mock's Amelia Vacations

Ocean Place condos at Amelia Island, Florida is fantastic and Mock's Amelia Island Vacation Rentals knows how to do it right. We always check Mock's internet site as it is loaded with all the rental specifics needed to book an incredible Amelia Island stay. We have worked with Elisha at Mock's for several years and we are always treated professionally and as valued customers. Mock's manages a large number of the units at Ocean Place so they are knowledgeable of the Island and rental specifics. We have never had a bad trip and on those occasions when attention to property issues did occur they were handled quickly. Can't go wrong booking with Mock's Amelia Vacations and Ocean Place is a beautiful and perfect stay.

Updates needed.

I have stayed in many of the units at Ocean Place in the past 15 years. Unit 32 ; the view was fantastic from the 7th floor. The unit inside needs to be updated and refreshed. Bedding and fixtures were old and tired looking. The unit can use a fresh paint job including the wood trimming. Mock Rental was good to work with and their instructions were good!

Great unit; great value; great execution by Mock's Amelia Vacations

What an incredible vacation we had in Unit #32 at Ocean Place in Amelia Island ! The unit was exceptional with nice appointments and extraordinary views. And it was a real pleasure working with Mock's Amelia Vacations, from start to finish; I can't say enough positive things to say about them. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and execution, so that there were no surprises from check-in to check-out. It is advertised as a penthouse unit; its furnishings, crown mouldings, bedding, and patio lived up to that description. One nice feature is the closet outside of the unit where umbrella, beach chairs and other beach items can be stored so that they don't have to be brought into the unit- much appreciated. This unit is in the Ocean Place building that is closest to the Ritz Carlton, which means the beach area down from the unit has less traffic . The beach was fairly crowded each day we were there but we never had anyone within 50 feet of our setup, so we had plenty of privacy. Great people to work with; we would definitely book through Mock's Amelia Vacations again.

Disappointed

We were disappointed for several reasons. We had an extraordinary number of things go wrong within the unit during our stay and except for one, these were all eventually corrected. In addition, there were a number of things being done to the building during the month that created much unwanted noise. Lastly we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness of the unit. The property manager was responsive, but there were just too many issues during a one month rental.

Definitely not worthy of rentals on this property

Air conditioner quit working first day. Pulled extremely dirty filter. Very dirty filter caused evaporator coil to freeze. Garbage disposal did not work. Reset overload freed up disposal. Shower head is filled with so much calcium build up it barely puts out water. The couch in the living room sinks in. Bed sinks in the middle. Both definitely need to be replaced. TV in master bedroom is the size of a computer screen. It is obvious someone does not take pride in their property. It is also obvious that the people who own this condo are not spending the money needed for upkeep. While charging the same as other units that are far superior. I strongly recommend Mocks vacations and the Ocean Place. We have rented several units on this property. All of those properties were well maintained. Definitely not condo #32
