Placencia Village Canal Front House - Long Term Rental
Located 5 minutes walk from Placencia village with the largest and most beautiful beach in Belize! The house is in a nice residential neighborhood across the canal, on an island. Theres a small boat for use, to get back and forth across the canal, which takes just a few paddle strokes. The living area is upstairs and fully furnished. Theres a futon in the living room, the bedroom has a wood framed queen sized bed, dresser and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, all utensils and appliances. The bathroom has a nice tile shower and theres a view out every window! Feel the sea breeze from the front deck!

Placencia is a wonderful place with such character and beauty. I am proud to offer a clean and comfortable cabin for visitors to enjoy the small fishing village charm that has become one of the most popular destinations in Central America!

What makes this property unique
This house is located across the canal that runs through Placencia Village. It is on a private island and accessible only by boat. This is a great benefit for some, and not so much for others. I love it because it is so quite and peaceful and if I want excitement its only a short paddle across and a short bike or hike into the bustling village.
