The Space:
This modern studio of almost 25.7 m² can accommodate 3 people. It is an excellent option for a romantic stay in Katowice or for business travellers. The functional, bright interior has been designed to provide a high level of comfort for our guests. Tastefully selected accessories create cosy interiors that exude warmth and a homely atmosphere. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom with a shower equipped with a rain shower head. The modernly furnished living area provides relaxation on the comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, while the double bed guarantees a peaceful night's sleep and regeneration after a challenging day. The living room leads out onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture. This is the ideal place to start the day with a cup of morning coffee in the fresh air, while enjoying the view of the surroundings. The kitchenette, whose finish harmonises with the rest of the flat, has been equipped with high-quality appliances such as an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, which make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and washing machine to enhance the comfort of any stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia such as a flat-screen Smart TV and cable TV, as well as free WiFi access. Complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen are provided to ease the start of each visit. The Neighborhood:
The studio is located on the 10th floor of the modern Global Office Park development in Katowice. An unquestionable advantage of the building is a public terrace with a garden and a bicycle room. The location in the centre provides access to all amenities of the city. The main square, with its numerous historic townhouses, is a 10-minute walk away. One of the most iconic venues - Spodek in Katowice, where many sports as well as cultural events take place is 1.2 km away. Extensively developed commercial and service infrastructure with many grocery shops (Lidl 550 m, Dom Handlowy Ślązek 550 m) and service points ensures comfort during every stay. The location is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to one of the main streets, as well as a well-developed public transport network (bus stop 400 m, tram stop 600 m). Katowice is a large urban agglomeration, but has numerous green areas within its boundaries. The property is located 1 km from Powstańców Śląskich Park - a perfect place for active leisure as well as for relaxing in the natural surroundings. The distance to the railway station Dąb Huta Baildon is 1.2 km, and to Katowice Airport by car or taxi is about 14 minutes.
