This building is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Three nearby grocery stores can be reached in just 1-3 minutes, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the market square with its many historical monuments, wonderful atmosphere and beautiful architecture, while in a quarter of an hour you can reach a vast, picturesque park on foot. This is a great place to relax for parents traveling with their kids, participants of business trips, as well as groups of friends. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find as many as eight local restaurants serving dishes from a variety of countries. On the other hand, a café can be reached in 8 minutes. The shopping center is a 7-minute walk from the property. Active leisure enthusiasts can reach a bowling alley or tennis court in 3-7 minutes by car. The route to the water park takes 22 minutes, and to the airport just over half an hour. There is no shortage of public transport stops nearby, making the point perfectly connected with the rest of the city. The railway station can be reached in 7 minutes.
