The bright bathroom with shower, as well as all other rooms, are barrier-free and therefore ideal for people with disabilities. The 2nd floor can be reached with a spacious elevator and even the car feels at home in the locked underground garage with its own reserved parking space.
The underfloor heating in the entire penthouse apartment ensures a cozy feeling even on cold winter days. TV sets are available in the living room and in the two bedrooms, free WiFi is unlimited, pets are not allowed.
