Dan M. - Wonderful stay in Labin

We spent a week at the home with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was as advertised, very clean and well decorated. The pool and the garden were great. The owners were very attentive and friendly. The house really has just about everything you could need. The area is remote and quiet but close enough to anything you need. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Wunderschöner Urlaub - Sonja G

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus von Vesna. Die Austattung, vor allem der Küche, ist super, nichts hat gefehlt. Durch die Klimaanlage war es im Haus immer sehr angenehm. Das ganze Haus und Grundstück ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Kinder waren mit Pool, Trampolin und Spielplatz gut beschäftigt. Wir überlegen definitiv wieder zu kommen!! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten unser Ferienhaus nicht nach Lage oder Ort ausgewählt, sondern nach Optik, Ausstattung und Bewertungen. Unsere Ansprüche waren sehr hoch- und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es hat alles gepasst! Es war alles sehr sauber, die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet, sowohl was Küchenutensilien angeht als auch Basics fürs Kochen. Man ist komplett für sich, weil das Grundstück nicht einsehbar ist. Der Garten ist so groß, dass locker ein zweites Haus darauf passen würde. Am Strand ist man in 20 Fahrminuten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern, die super lieb und hilfsbereit sind. Wir werden uns sicherlich in ein paar Jahren wieder dort einbuchen.

Die Villa wurde sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Die Außenanlage inklusive Pool bot für unsere Kinder tolle Möglichkeiten... einen Tag ohne Pool gab es nicht. Zur Lage: Die Villa liegt am Rand einer Siedlung, zur nächsten ernsthaften Einkaufsmöglichkeit braucht man ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Uns hat dies allerdings gar nicht gestört. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt... wir waren durchweg glücklich und zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Haus für bis zu 2 Familien. Fliegengitter an allen wichtigen Fenstern, sehr ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße und ein toller Pool. Das von außen zugängliche WC ist sehr praktisch, wenn man nicht mit nassen Füßen ins Haus gehen möchte. Unter dem umlaufenden Dach kann man bei jedem Wetter sitzen und grillen. Ein Spielplatz ist in der Nähe, aber der große Garten und die Schaukel machen diesen eigentlich überflüssig.

Walter L. - Ein perfektes Haus für erholsammen Urlaub

Haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für die ersten Tage stand ein Obstkorb,eine Flasche Wein und Mineralwasser bereit. Einkaufen war auch kein Problem da Lidl, Spar und Konsum in 5 Minuten erreichbar waren. Die Markthalle In Labin ist zu empfehlen. Sie ist zwar klein aber man bekommt frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal dieses Haus mieten.,und es Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen.
