Charming gîte nestled in a sumptuous 14th-century fortified house steeped in history. Magnificent winegrowing estate (AOC) in the heart of the Savoy vineyards, 17km from Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy and a city of Art & History. Ultra-privileged location, in the "heart of Savoie" at the crossroads of the Belledonnes, Chartreuse & Bauges massifs, on the route des grandes vallées & massifs savoyards (freeway 4km away). Ideally located between the Bauges & Chartreuse Nature Parks for winter and summer activities (skiing, hiking, cycling...). Ski slopes 23km away. Challes-les-Eaux thermal baths 10km away. Golf course 9km away. Ideal for an "oenological" stay, a family vacation or a business trip! (Alpespace business park 5km away).
Unspoilt natural setting. Very quiet location. Cosy and warm. Large exposed terrace. Pleasant landscaped grounds. Superb panoramic views of the mountains and Mt-Blanc.

Bed linen and towels are optional. As well as a cleaning service to be requested directly from the owner.
