The unit we stayed at was a very nice unit and was very spacious. The property just needs a little TLC ! The furniture couch in particular needs to be replaced. The tv remote doesn’t work and the kitchenware needs attention.Check in time is at 4:30 pm not 2:00 pm as stated in add!Just a little work on this and this place would be perfect!

La Estancia Cabo

Great resort and amazing views from every unit, very nice and clean swimmable beach, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, amazing property overall. The unit was spacious and well furnished, exactly as described. Everyone at Villa La Estancia are super nice and friendly, really kind people and great service all around. George is an honest and easy to communicate with host. The only two things I wish were better are the queen size beds and the sofa bed. The queen bed mattresses are very hard, like sleeping on a board. The living room sofa bed is very tired and is not usable as a bed because it sags so much. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to booking George's condo again.

Villa La Estancia

I recently stayed at this property and overall, I had a good experience. The listing was accurate, and the property location was excellent, right on the beach and close to town. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself. The furniture was outdated and worn down, and some of it, like the fold-out couch, was very uncomfortable due to its condition. One of the beds was also extremely hard, almost like sleeping on a board, and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. My kids were able to tolerate the conditions, but I was not overly satisfied with the poor sleeping conditions. In my opinion, the unit could definitely use some updating and refurbishing to improve the overall comfort of the space. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the great location and friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beachside getaway, but with the caveat that the sleeping conditions may not be the most comfortable.

Great villa - enjoyed the space very much

The villa was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. Love the ample space and having three bathrooms was so nice. The kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed. The view is just beautiful. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go for the two weeks of our stay. George was friendly and efficient to work with. Would have liked a grill on the patio, but that is really minor. The resort property is beautiful and most of the staff is incredibly friendly. Security is clearly a priority, which is fabulous. However, if you have guests come to visit, even for an afternoon, make sure the front desk and guards at the gate are aware.

The property was beautifully kept and had all the amenities you would need.

The Villa la Estancia was an excellent place to bring our daughters for their first vacation to Mexico the staff were great. Our two bedroom condo was beautiful and met all our needs with a great view too.
