Enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th-floor balcony of 503, a two-bedroom, two-bath top floor condo situated on a quiet stretch of white sugar-sand beach. We have a driftwood style tile floor throughout with area rugs and have a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, making 503 perfect for two couples or a family. Both master and hall baths have 5-foot wide, step in showers.

Home away from home

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was all the extra little touches, such as the option of coffee makers to a nice selection of books, that makes it above average. We hope to be back again next year! Great hosts!!

Great Condo

Terry was a great host and the condo was fantastic. We have stayed at the Emerald Surf 5 years now (this was our 5th) and we love the property and location. We have stayed at a few different units and this unit was up there with one of the best. It has a very homelike feel. It has everything you could want, stocked kitchen, washer dryer, comfortable master bed. I would recommend this unit and the owner Terry. Look no further if you are looking for a place in Navarre Beach!

Great April Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Surf in Navarre. The condo was nicely equipped and clean with a great view. Access to beach was easy. The host was very responsive to our needs. Restaurants on the island were mostly average at best - best option is to go onshore and even to Pensacola/Destin. Would definitely stay again. Not the best beach for shelling if that is important.

Great Spot

We went during fall break with our kids which is in the middle of October. So, there wasn't many people around which is what we wanted. Location was great, It's away from the main bridge and traffic in my opinion. The condo was very clean which is something my wife pointed out; so in my opinion that's saying something. I was impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with utensils and odds and ends that we may need for our stay. Rooms were a good size. Master bath was great. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was also appreciated. Beach had white sand that wasn't gritty. Water was clear and warm. Overall it was a great stay and great spot for the week. Owner is very responsive.

Better than expected!

We had the best stay at Emerald Surf in Navarre, Fl. We stayed on the top Floor in #503, it was a beautiful room, comfortable beds and very clean. The beach and pool was right outside and we had a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Navarre was very relaxing with lots of options for entertainment up and down the coast from Pensacola (40 min) to Destin (35 min). So sad to leave it all!

Perfect beach holiday

My husband and I walked into the condo to find a pristine, super fresh homey space. Spacious and well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals or light snacks. Bathrooms were spotless with fluffy towels. Living room furniture was comfy with a big screen TV. The patio was a chill place to unwind after relaxing in the canvas beach chair service. The owner was gracious and easy to communicate with.

Unit exactly as described! Had everything you needed and more, including a small library of books and dvd’s! Very pleased with quality of beds and bedding including towels! Property manager was xtremely helpful with a couple of questions and went above and beyond! We had a perfect trip and you will too!

We purchased this unit in February 2014. We have been coming regularly to Navarre Beach with its uncrowded beaches and laid-back vibe for over 30 years from our home in Little Rock, and we stayed in Emerald Surf a half dozen times in various units before purchasing 503. We absolutely love our top floor view, but with only five floors you still hear the surf and sea birds. Using the updraft against the side of the building from the afternoon onshore breeze, pelicans fly lazy figure-eights to gain altitude before passing over the roof.

This low-rise condo (only 5 floors with 9 units per floor) with over 300' of beach frontage provides the quiet, low beach density we have been coming to Navarre Beach to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We chose this unit for our 40th anniversary present. We are continuously updating 503, with new kitchen granite and raised granite vanity tops in 2021. For 2022 we are replacing the range, microwave and dishwasher with stainless steel appliances. We enjoy using it for our family and friends and are pleased to offer this extension of our home to our special guests.
