Rest on the beach in a quiet environment - Pousada to enjoy nature
Beautiful farm on the South Coast with 04 bedrooms, 02 suites, 03 bathrooms, swimming pool, large soccer field, jogging track, ping pong table, foosball table, wood stove, pizzeria oven, barbecue next to the pool, with bar and kosque., has 4.000 square meters
The farm is located 06 kms from the beach and has an area of 3,500 square meters. It also has a large soccer field, lake, homemade on site, which performs the removal of garbage and maintenance of the pool.
Currently it also has a structure for a small family of up to 8 people.
I have a caretaker who lives in the farm and takes care of the pool and removes the garbage, already included in the package.
