Bon séjour !
Logement très agréable. La mer au plus près, résidence calme, très bien située à l’ouest de la Corse pour les plages, rivières, randos… Les ventilateurs dans chaque pièce sont tous récents et ont été très appréciés. Il manque en revanche des éléments minimum (sucre, liquide vaisselle...) — dommage car les locataires remplacent ce qu’ils utilisent.

Appartement tres bien, matelas confortables, calme, fonctionnel, parking, et a 2 pas: la plage, boulangerie, boucherie... et supérette et pharmacie a 2min. La seule chose qui manquerait est un ventilateur dans la chambre. Car cela a manqué la nuit. Je conseille cet appartement vivement. Nous y avons passé un super sejour.

Une très bonne semaine à Tiuccia
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Tiuccia,c'est un appartement bien agencé et joliment rénové,propre et bien équipé,literie confortable,balcon très agreable avec belle vue et store banne très apprécié,boulangerie,pizzeria et plage à pied (néanmoins on vous recommande de prendre la voiture pour aller aux autres plages plus loin),nous étions avec 2 adolescentes qui ont dormi dans le clic clac et ont régulièrement déplacé leur lit au milieu de la pièce pour dormir sous le ventilateur central,quant à nous,nous avions apporté notre ventilateur pour la chambre et il a bien servi toutes les nuits ! Appartement bien situé pour visiter les calanques de Piana (en bateau depuis Porto ou à pied) et le golfe de Sagone et ses plages à vagues,et pas mal de randonnées pédestres dans le secteur.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour famille avec deux jeunes enfants. Balcon avec vue sur le golfe. Très bien situé entre Ajaccio et Piana, dans un village tranquille loin de la foule. De nombreuses plages à proximité.

Super sejour à tiuccia
Très agréable sejour début juillet, entre randos, ballades en montagnes et en mer, et plages.. Appartement très bien placé géographiquement (30 mn d'Ajaccio, 1h15 de Porto...) qui permet de profiter de la montagne, de la mer, de piana... Sans faire trop de kms.. Logement dans une petite résidence calme, très propre, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. ( terrasse avec table et chaises) Boulangerie et boucherie à 100m, Petite plage à 150 m, et diverses grandes plages à proximité. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueille. Je le conseille sans hésiter

La Signora Anne è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento vista mare a due passi dalla spiaggia e comodo ai servizi. Buona soluzione per una famiglia con due bambini o per due coppie. Pulito, con tanto di lavatrice e ampia doccia. Grazie per l'accoglienza

Praktisches Appartement in guter Ortslage
Ansprechende Lage mit Blick über den Golf von Liscia. Der dortige Strand ist sehr empfehlenswert, die 5 km dahin werden gern in Kauf genommen. Das Appartement ist praktisch ausgestattet, das Bad neu und auf der Höhe des Zeitgeistes. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, die Kautionshöhe erscheint übertrieben. Leider gibt es deutliche Geräusche aus der Haustechnik, die besonders nachts stören und nicht so recht nachvollziehbar sind. Die Zufahrtstraße ist eine Zumutung. In der Kommunikation sollte man die französische Sprache beherrschen sonst wird es schwer. Die erfolgte Anzahlung blieb lange Zeit unbestätigt.

appartement grand, spacieux, cadre agréable avec vue sur la mer. Résidence calme, bien équipé sauf petit bémol congélateur un peu trop petit pour une famille.
