50% off normal rates until June 15th! Due to the lake being closed to motorized boats & jet skiis, until further notice. The lake is being protected from possible exposure to a new invasive species of mussel and no motorized watercraft is allowed until an inspection station can be established. As long as the lake is closed to watercraft, we are offering half-off rates to those who wish to enjoy the lake for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, relaxing, kayaking, rafting, etc from our dock or shoreline. Just no motorized boats. We will extend this offer for as long as the launch ramps remain closed to the public, but at this time, we will only book half off rates up to June 15.

If you're planning to invite additional guests beyond 6 people anytime during your stay, please keep searching. We do not allow more than 6 persons ANYTIME during your stay. No additional visitors. Our neighbors are very close by and expect us to abide by the 6 person max regulation that we've put in place. Violation of this regulation will result in immediate eviction, loss of all rents and deposit. We are trying to keep our rental license and be able to continue to offer this wonderful rental on the lake.

The H2O Bungalow is a charming lakefront home that sits in a private cove shared by only a few other homes, away from the busy North Shore area of the lake.

Newly renovated & tastefully decorated with a flair for fun in the sun! Huge upper deck with breathtaking views. Lakeside patio with seating and propane fire feature makes for the perfect setting for a family BBQ or dancing the night away!

Boat slip & dock, and private cove swim area. You can fish right off your own dock or from shore.

The house is light and bright. Large living room with open beam ceiling and picture window that boasts our beautiful lake and mountain views. Enjoy your coffee, or glass of wine next to the warming electric fireplace. There's a 42' Flat screen Tv and DVD player.

The kitchen has all appliances, utensils and dishes needed to prepare delicious meals. Stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.

The fully furnished bedrooms, both with cable tv's, are comfortable and cozy.

Bunk Room---sleeps 4 with twin bunk bed, separate full bed.

Master bedroom--sleeps 2 with queen bed & connecting 1/2 bath

Main bathroom with toilet, shower, sink

Plenty of seating for a party of 6 at the dining table as well as in the living room and outside decks.

Free boat launch is available at the campground, if your boat trailer is parked at the house.
