Casa 231 is a beautiful 2bd/2ba street level unit (short street ends in cul de sac like with dock for picking and dropping boat passengers off) with SIT DOWN VIEWS of the beach, lighthouses, boats, water, islands, Newpoprt Coast, and the mountains in the background from the living room and front courtyard. Turn to the right...there is the Ocean and Lifeguard stand for 19th St.

The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite, LG drawer and french door fridge, and a DCS pro range. The floors are luxury distressed Virginia Vintage plank, except the baths which are limestone, one ensuite to the main bedroom. Both the main and second bedrooms open up to a lovely rear courtyard.

We're the perfect home away from home when you're away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities.

ALL Casa`s and Casita`s are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

View the world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starting Wednesday December 18th 2024, from the comfort of your Casa. The parade runs for 5 nights and passes early for the little ones. You can view the parade both coming and going. The first nights festivities begin with fireworks by the pier AND one night of the five includes festivities on our beach in front at Marina Park with live music, food and local vendors.
