Our condo is the perfect destination for travelers looking for relaxation and comfort, or a fun family adventure. This is our second home, and we selectively rent it to people who will treat it with care. Our condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, while offering stunning direct views of the ocean from the living room and and master bedroom. A relaxing getaway, its 1400 sq ft offers plenty of space for your family and friends. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset, or gaze at the stars from your own private balcony at night.

Our condo is located in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach yet walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, drug stores, spas, and much more. The wider variety of Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand dining, shopping and attractions are a short drive.The best thing is you are just steps to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Loaded with comforts and amenities, this vacation retreat is an outstanding value. With its brand new furnishings, elegant decor and views of the ocean, you will feel like you are in a vacation paradise. Bed and bath linens are provided for your use, or you can bring your own. There are beach chairs as well.

BE ADVISED, WE ONLY HAVE ONE PARKING SPACE FOR GUESTS. IF YOU BRING A SECOND VEHICLE, IT WILL HAVE TO BE PARKED IN A PUBLIC PARKING AREA.

***To maintain the quality of our condo, we do not rent to groups of students or singles under the age of 25.

Great Beach Stay

Our stay was amazing. This was our first time in Myrtle beach and this home really enhanced our stay! It had everything we needed, was clean, and more than anything was a minute walk from the beach.

Awesome stay!

Condo was very spacious & direct line to the beach. 5 minute walk. 3 huge bedrooms and a pullout couch and love seat. Plenty of sleeping options for everyone! TVs in every room as well! Only complaints would be there’s only 1 parking spot but you can park close by on the public street. The AC was 12 degree difference from the back of the condo to the front & dryer needs to be set multiple times to dry. Owner sent out the Maintence guy for the AC right away! She was very attentive to all my concerns and questions. Other than that it was equipped with everything you could need and more!! Would stay here again!

Great/Safe stay for family

This by far is the best condo we have stayed at. Very homey feel, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condo comes stocked with everything you need. Never a struggle to find parking. The area and complex is very quiet and safe but close enough to all the hussle if thats what you like. The host was exceptional and quick to respond to all my questions. Will definitely book this condo again.

Cousins week

My cousins and I stayed here for a mini reunion. The condo was in a great location with lovely views. There was easy access to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very comfortable.

Quiet area, short walk to the beach

The property was just as advertised- clean, easy walk to the beach, views of the water from multiple rooms, balcony, quiet area of town but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My husband and I worked throughout the week with no wi-fi issues. Owner is very responsive with every communication. We’d stay again!

Fun with Family

We met extended family at the beach for a fun filled week. We booked this location because we were supposed to have four more family members come but we’re unable to join us due to an illness. We still had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Close to everything!

Another great stay!

We had another great stay at this awesome condo! Everything you need is provided, location is great and view is amazing. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Definitely make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. Ours fell off the dash and landed on the floorboard. We were towed at 11:45 our 2nd night, along with several other cars including an owners! Had to pay for an Uber to the towing place and $160 cash for our car. Kind of a nightmare! The only real complaint we had was the cleanliness of the condo. We found old Dunkin drinks, left behind clothes, tampon wrappers and food trash in 2 of the bedrooms. Also old napkins and paper plates on the floor in the living room. The cabinet where the trash can was had old trash all in the back of it. Also, check out was at 10. We loaded the car at 7:00 and went to breakfast. We came back to freshen up before getting on the road and there was already a woman in there cleaning (at 8:15) so we just had to leave. Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE this condo and plan to stay here again but I wanted to be completely honest in my review.

Cozy condo close to the beach

This condo was walking distance from the beach, less than a five minute walk. Since it is an end unit, we were far from the elevator noise and we had ocean views from two bedrooms, the living room and the beautiful balcony. The full kitchen and utensils made it easy to prepare meals. It did get a bit crowded when two or more of us moved around in the smallish space, but we made it work. Did i mention there are three bedrooms? Nowhere else on vrbo did we find a three bedroom, two full bath condo with a view of the beach for this price! Bring your own soap and shampoo, but everything else will be waiting for you in this unit. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this unit again when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

We had a great experience staying in this condo! We spent a week there within walking distance to the beach and many other places. Great stay!

Our family stayed in this condo this last week and we were very pleased. Everything that you can think of they had available, just in case you forgot something. Pictures of the place are spot on. Clean, beds are super cozy, and everyone has their own space to just chill out. Short walk to beach, pool was nice, and we met some very nice people that lived in those condos. We had a slight problem during our stay but the host was easy to connect with and did whatever they could to find a solution. Some things are out of people control but this host did go the extra mile to make us feel welcomed into their home. Our family of 5, 3 children being 13, 9 and 4 would hands down stay at this place again. Just book it already!!!

Great stay and excellent location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and made many great memories! The location was perfect and close to everything. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, and entertainment. We went to Brookgreen gardens, kayaked in Cherry Grove, took a boat tour out to watch dolphins, got incredible massages, enjoyed walking out to the beach with provided beach chairs and swimming in the ocean. We ate out and cooked at home too thanks to being equipped with everything we needed. This was a great stay. Everything was comfortable and would definitely come back again. I would only note that that the 2 extra bedrooms didn't cool as nicely as the master but the provided fans helped for sure! Thank you, Kristie and Jeff!

Amazing condo in a quiet area

We loved everything about this property! Location, amenities, decor and all the comforts of home. A short walk to the beach and very close to Publix, Food Lion and restaurants. Kristie was quick to respond when I had questions. If you need to get an Amazon delivery, make sure to add a note asking them to deliver it to the door. If not, it can get put into the mailbox and that’s a pain (trust me 🤣). We are already planning our trip to stay here next year!

We live in the heart of the MidWest & enjoy the local scene; we boat, camp & play all kinds of sports. We also love roller coasters. In addition to travel, we are animal lovers & we breed Boxers.

Why they chose this property

Why did we purchase this property??? Interesting.... We have visited Myrtle Beach almost every year since Jeff was a kid & love it! In fact, we have stayed in this complex numerous times, and we love the close proximity to the beach (our kids can walk back & forth unsupervised) an the fact that it's quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

So when the opportunity to buy a condo....especially this particular condo....became available, we jumped on it! This condo has the best ocean view in the complex, and we love the 'second home' feeling. You're not staying at a hotel. No cramped stuffy hallways or other travelers' noise! ;o)
