The refrigerator has a freezer compartment, and there is a flat-screen TV with high-speed fiber-optic internet. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. There is also a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

The property is ideally located 25 minutes on foot from the small beach and the sailing club. The port is just a 5-minute walk away, and the village center with shops, restaurants, and the market is only 3 minutes away on foot.
