This well furnished 2.5-flat (56.2m2) in a farmer hay barn from a traditional "chesa engiadinaisa" ( a special architectural style wich has been used mainly in the Engadine) The entire house has been renovated and expended in the year 2000.
The house is located in the central heart of the little village, the long country trail and the bus station can be reached by food within 3 minutes. The flat is directed toward the garden (south side) and is thereby very quiet, sunny and bright.
The nicely furnished appartment is equipted with free internet, TV, radio and has a dishwasher. The house laundry and dry room can be used, as well as an additional storeroom in the basement.

Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

The patricians of yesteryear built their palaces here for very good reason – La Punt lies at the foot of the Albula. And at the gateway of a mysterious valley. Beautifully adorned farmhouses and stately patrician houses from the 16th and 17th centuries stand majestically in the village. The Albertini buildings, with its bright white crenelladed walls, and the imposing Sandoz House, with its hall-like passage leading into the middle of the building. And of course the famous restaurant, the Chesa Pirani, with its Baroque wooden panelled room and its two Michelin stars. Summer: The picturesque village also enjoys a strategically favourable location at the sunny foot of the Albula Pass, directly by the River Inn. Or in other words, at the departure point for varied tours by mountain bike, racing bike, in-line skates or on foot – for example, along the high-altitude trail.
