Its location is ideal, as it is close to El Arenal, the liveliest area of Xàbia, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as a calendar full of activities to enjoy.
No matter the season, you can always relax in the winter sun and enjoy the views from the terrace of your property towards the coast of Xàbia.
The Space:
The property has everything you need to live in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc. The heating is by air conditioning hot/cold and electric radiators. Electric boiler. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
This appartment is located 1,5Km from the El Arenal area of Xàbia. Between the San Antonio cape and the Cumbres del Sol, this flat has a north-east orientation.
Only 14Km away is the golf course of La Sella and 15Km away is Dènia.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are 100Km away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
