The Apartment:

Come and relax in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located on the 19th floor of The Grand Condo. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment with luxurious marble flooring throughout is perfect for your vacation . You will enjoy views of the Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach from the wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor, glass windows in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. There are two balconies that overlook the Marina and the beautiful resort-style pool and are perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful views. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom bookend the spacious living room which offers total privacy between the two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed and beautiful custom closets, and the master bath features a large spa tub for two as well as a separate shower.

The guest bedroom has a king size bed and also has custom closets with plenty of space. There is also a full bath in the hallway before the guest bedroom. The living room features an open concept floor plan that includes the dining area. Just off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a long breakfast bar. This open floor plan lends beautifully to being able to enjoy the amazing bay views from almost everywhere in the apartment. Also, for your entertaining convenience, there is a bar nook and a wine refrigerator where you can mix up your favorite Miami cocktails!
