The location was suitable. The fans in the bedrooms need to be cleaned and the master bath light/fan is filthy with obvious dust/grime. The updated kitchen was great! Kudos to the owner on that.

Great condo location with a quiet, mildly populated beach area. I can’t say enough about a wonderful stay we had from the beginning to the end. We Hated to leave but we will return! 5 stars for management, condo, and whole beach experience.

Would stay there again

This condo is in a great location. The beach in front of the condo is an area that vehicles are not allowed. It was not too crowded. Loved the oceanfront view. It was not a far drive to restaurants. The pool is nice. The smaller pool is not a hot tub. It is more of a kiddie pool. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The beds could have been more comfortable, but we would stay there again.

Great View!

Balcony view was fantastic! Great location and had all we needed. Blinds were missing a couple slats so we weren’t able to close completely. Very comfortable.

Fantastic beach in a great location

The condo, while somewhat dated, has everything you need, is clean, with a good TV package. The beach is breathtaking from the balcony and is completely uncluttered with detrius from the ocean, fabulous for sitting, walking, or sunning. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The town is easy to navigate and is just 20 minutes from the new Tanger Outlet Mall at Daytona. Quiet and picturesque with a very knowledgeable management team.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful view!

We loved staying at 414 Casa De Sol II. The unit is just perfect! Comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Pool was great and people are so nice. Can't wait to stay again. NSB is the perfect vacation spot for us. We loved eating at The Courtyard Grill and Norwood's Tree House and The Baker's Table. Just what was needed to relax and de stress. Can't say enough. It is our happy place.

Excellent condo with a beatiful ocean view

THE CONDO WAS JUST PERFECT FOR OUR STAY. THE VIEW FROM THE OCEAN FRONT BALCONIES WERE INCREDIBLE ESPECIALLY AT SUNRISE AND SUNDOWN. ALSO AT NIGHT THE MOON SHINE OVER THE WATER IS STUNNING.WE FOUND THE CONDO VERY CLEAN WITH THE LATEST FURNISHINGS AND APPLAINCES. THE LOCATION WAS NEAR EVERY THING(STORES, RESTAURANTS,CHURCHES,AND EASY EXCESS TO HIGHWAYS. THE BEACH IS EXCELLENT ,YOU COULD WALK FOR MILES ON THE BEAUTIFUL SAND. IN ALL WE HAD THE MOST PLEASANT STAY AND EASY AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN TO THIS CONDO.

Nice condo but however they need new furniture as the sofa, chairs and beds were extremely uncomfortable. Nice kitchen. Laundry room was extremely dirty. Sand on floors as well as countertops upon checking in. Blinds going yo balcony are broken and need replacing.

Beautiful setting very clean

We only had minor issues with trying to find the office which is by the pool and they were closed when we arrived, so we went the next morning to get car pass so we didn’t get towed as in the warning, but when we got there she said we didn’t need one because it was there slow season so we were worried for no reason. The elevator was broke so we had to carry luggage 4 flights of stairs, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time and using the stairs all week even after they fixed the elevator! The condo was very clean and peaceful to relax after a long day at the beach. Kids loved the pool and I loved the patio chairs provided to sit next to the beach! When traveling from out of state by air plane, it is nice to be able to have a condo that has beach chairs and umbrella and stuff ready for those that can’t take it home with them! We had an amazing time! Beds were comfortable and clean! Plenty of room with an amazing balcony! We got to see sea turtles hatch! Dolphins from the balcony! Picked lots of sea shells up and got lots of exercise walking both sides of the beach!

Worst experience ever

This was our worst experience ever. The problems started when they substituted a condo for a worst condo than we rented. When we got to Florida they switched us to a cheaper condo. The original condo had an elevator because my mother can’t handle stairs.This condo had outside stairs.we were reimbursed $475 because this was a cheaper condo. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the washer and dryer was in an upstairs bedroom closet. Very inconvenient. Upstairs bedrooms weren’t cleaned well because we found oxycodone in the master bedroom that our children could have got a hold of. Also Roachs were an issues, we have pictures of the roaches and the oxycodone. When we left we forgot one bag of trash and 2 diapers which we apologized for. We did leave a glass on a nightstand which the cleaners spilled and blamed it on us. We have pictures. But we did was dryer and fold the towels and wash rags which was the cleaners job. They charged us another $150 for the cleaning issues that the cleaners should have take care of. This was our 6th trip to Florida and we have never had issues before. Do not rent from Great Ocean Condos.

The unit was adequately stocked , nice unit. Problem with tiny ants in kitchen area. Front door locks are wonky- difficult to lock and open. I would not rent this unit again. Kitchen cabinets need updated as well as appliances. The mirrors on the wall in the living area and bedroom are so 70/80s. We prefer beach decor when staying at the beach. Again - this unit is decorated to the owners taste- as it should be

Great Location

Overall this unit 414 was great. The location was fabulous which allowed us to see up and down the beautiful beach. Parking was free and always had plenty of spots available. The unit was clean but could use some updating. There are restrictions when renting this property, so please ask for the list before renting or you may be disappointed.
