Studio Apartment 'Hochzillertal' with Sauna, Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our studio with 27,50m² offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children and is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is centrally located, so supermarkets, public transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Equipment: kitchenette with stove and refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg stove, sitting area, shower/WC, solid wood furniture and satellite TV as well as WiFi and a furnished balcony with a view of the Hochzillertal ski area.

A coin-operated washing machine is available in the cellar.

Included: coffee, filter, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, tea towels, sponge, washing-up liquid, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person.

The forest playground, tennis court and soccer pitch are just a few steps from the house. An ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and excursions.

Parking spaces and an e-charging station are available directly in front of the house.

In winter we are well equipped for all winter sports enthusiasts with a ski room with ski boot dryer and changing room. The Hochzillertal ski area is only 1 km from the house. The free ski bus departs 50 m from the house. Numerous ski areas in the immediate vicinity.

Our guests are welcome to end the day in our newly built wellness area free of charge:

Swiss stone pine sauna, infrared, heated bench, relaxation area, rain shower as well as cold water hose, tea and water.

Sauna towels, shower towels and shower/WC are available in the wellness area.

The wellness area is closed in summer.
