The exclusive guest area that is the suite is located on the second floor and is about 50 sqm including bathroom, bedrooms, hallway and laundry room, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The kitchen and sharing room (which can be used until 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.) is located on the first floor, where there is also a small balcony. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for the home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a video game console. A baby cot is also available.
This suite features a shared kitchen. Guests can also enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Como directly from the premises.
