With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Delightful

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Sherri was the great host. Just a perfect week for our family of 6. We look forward to coming again.

Beautiful villa and prime location

The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

Great beach villa

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

The perfect place!

We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Elevator is awesome for loading and unloading everything. Perfect views and wonderful balcony to enjoy. Will stay here again for sure! I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly recommend!

Great vacation!

On the 2nd floor with an awesome view to sit outside and see the ocean. So convenient to the pool and ocean. You can take the steps or elevator which is close by. The villa was clean and we lacked nothing. Nicely decorated! My 88 year old Mom really enjoyed herself too but had a bit of a hard time using the toilet in the one bathroom because it was so low. Maybe put it on a riser? Other than that it was awesome!

Extremely nice rental

We stayed the week of July 4th. The unit was very nice and extremely clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our time as a family. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with all the things you needed to cook. You do have to cross the street to get to the pool and beach. It is not as close as it appears in the listing pictures. The only cons were, not the owners fault, the $5 charge per towel per day at the pool and not being able to take a cooler to the pool.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at the condo for the first time 8 years ago and we were astonished to find that it has not aged a day! This piece of paradise is incredibly well maintained, has the outdoor porch that dreams are made of and is steps away from everything that makes Seabrook magical! Sherri is a top notch communicator taking care of any needs ASAP! The checkin/out process is so easy (especially with Sherri’s detailed information)! Plus, the condo was so clean upon arrival that this germaphobe could settle right in! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful view, close to beach and pool, clean

Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

Another Great Trip!

This is our fourth time staying at this property and it always exceeds our expectations. The location, views, and amenities are wonderful. But the owner is even better. Sherri is great and so easy to communicate with. We had two small issues during our stay and both were quickly resolved. First, one of the showers was draining slowly causing water to back up. Sherri had maintenance out later the same day to repair it. Secondly, one of the beach chairs broke during use. While not expected, Sherri had two new chairs delivered via Amazon two days later. You really can’t do any better than this property and we are already looking forward to next year!

Excellent location and great condo!

We have stayed here a couple of times and always enjoy our time in this location. The condo is located a short walking distance from pool and beach, very clean and updated place to stay, amenities are great, we enjoy biking around the area, and the beach is quiet and lovely. Summertime fun!

I have been going to Seabrook Island for 30 years and have stayed all over the island. This was our first time staying at the Atrium Villas and we loved it. The view was amazing. Access to the pool, beach and restaurant were excellent. In addition, the villa was very clean. Lastly, Sherri is a fantastic host, very quick to respond to questions and a wonderful communicator.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Sherri's beautiful villa! It was SO clean. I usually have to wipe off counters when I arrive and I did not need to do that here! The corner balcony is huge and since the pictures were taken, a 6 person table replaced the 4 person table outside. We loved having dinner out there. The view was perfect and the beach and pool were so close. It was an ideal location. Sherri answered all my questions quickly and gave great recommendations. We drove into Charleston a few times. My kids didn't want to leave and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seabrook!

Absolutely amazing

Let me start off by saying how amazing Sherri is. She truly knows how to manage a rental property. Always answers questions promptly and corrects any issues. Now on to the property… The pictures online do not do this property justice!! It is very clean and well cared for. Has high end materials. Loved the porch. We had everything we needed and more. The island itself if very manicured and taken care of. I love being on a gated island. It felt very safe and family oriented. The pool was great. We ate at the salty dog multiple times and it will not disappoint. If you get a chance take a boat tour to Morris Lighthouse. We also loved exploring Charleston. When we come back we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

Best place on island

We’ve been coming to Seabrook for almost 15 years. This is our favorite place to rent! Perfect villa with a perfect location to pool and beach! Already planning our next trip and will stay here for sure!! Love that it is pet friendly! The elevator is so nice to have for moving in and moving out. Makes it so easy! Born and raised in Ohio. Lived in the Cleveland area and now reside in Dublin. I purchased the property in 2014 and my Mom is retired and manages all the Villa rentals. You are dealing with the owners when renting our property.

Why they chose this property

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.
