- Sleeping: The apartment has a bedroom en suite with a bathroom. There is also a futon sofa in the dining room and both doors to this room can be closed for privacy
- Living room: a comfortable sofa, TV with Chromecast and cozy reading corner
- Dining room: light room with dining table and futon sofa bed
- Kitchen: functional and charming kitchen with dining table. Note: no dishwasher
- Bathroom: at one end of the bedroom with a shower
- Laundry: combined washing machine / tumble dryer
- Tech: WiFi and TV with Chromecast
- Outdoors: direct access to a cozy yard perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxation

The apartment is on the ground floor, not many steps, easy access

We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.
