Property Description:
So close to the City... yet so far away! Just a quick 50 minute drive from downtown Seattle to total relaxation and serenity. Our beautiful beach house is located on the shores of McKee's Beach situated on Port Susan Bay in Puget Sound (on the water facing the east sise of Camano Island; near Stanwood). Incredible picturesque 180 degree ocean views! No need to worry about ferry schedules, long ferry lines or expensive ferry fares.

Walk the beach, fly a kite, bird watch, go fishing, drop a crab pot for Dungeness. Cozy up to the fireplace while it's stormy outside, read a book... or do nothing and just unwind! Be amazed by the wild life... bald eagles, seagulls, herons, sea lions, seals, gray whales, deer and bunnies. Enjoy the beach and sheltered waters by day and make a bon fire at night.

Have an incredible shopping experience at the Seattle Premium Outlet mall that has over 120 well-known outlet stores. Dine out and enjoy a night of fun at Tulalip Resort Casino. Both are a short 20 minute drive from our beach house. Near Warm Beach in Stanwood, WA. Take a day trip to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Only 2 hours away. Enjoy the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in April. Charter a fishing boat out of Everett and go fishing in Puget Sound for Salmon! Go Zip Lining on nearby Camano Island.

We completely remodeled our 4 bedroom beach house that sleeps 9 adults very comfortably. Our beach house is very clean and well maintained. It has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, crock pot, waffle iron and toaster, as well as utensils (including a wine bottle opener), pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Other amenities: 47 inch HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Amazon Studio speaker, free WiFi high-speed internet, gas fireplace, air conditioning and washer/dryer.

The beach house features a Master bedroom with a bathroom and king-size bed; Guest room #2 has a king-size bed; Guest room #3 has two twin size beds and Guest room #4 has a bunk bed with a double mattress on bottom and twin on top. All beds are very comfortable.

Parking for four cars (two in carport and two parked parallel in front of carport). Additional parking available two blocks north in “Residential Parking” lot.

Bring your boat. We have a buoy for your boat. Private boat launch 50 yards away from our beach house during spring and summer months. There is also a public boat launch at Kayak Point Regional Park just 3/4 mile north. (Due to insurance liability issues, our boat is off limits, but you may bring your own boat and kayaks.)

We want you to enjoy your stay, but our beach house is not a party house... we want guests who will respect our quiet beach community. (No events or parties allowed.)

NO SMOKING indoors. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No events or parties allowed. No pets allowed.

Fabulous Accommodation

We immediately fell in love with Luke’s Landing. It reminded us so much of Mission Beach in Tulalip where we would spend many summers before we moved to New Zealand. The house accommodated our family perfectly for our one week reunion. Our children and 2 grandsons travelled from Jersey City, London and Boston to join us. We loved hanging out on the deck enjoying drinks and crab feasts and long walks along the log laden beach.

Thanksgiving

Our whole family stayed here for Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The views were spectacular and the house was just what we needed. Terry was very responsive with our questions leading up to and during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, but not too much in the cabinets that we didn't have room to put our things we came with away.We'd happily stay here again.

Family Vacation

Took a family vacation to the beach. Had been to Luke’s Landing before and came back again. It works well for 4 adults and 2 young grandkids. Brought a trailered boat this time. Boat ramp and buoy were great for launching and mooring. Everyone had an excellent time.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This beach house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. The living space is roomy with the deck out front and the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. There are plenty of towels, paper products, soaps, and everything in the kitchen you might need to cook and bake. We enjoyed the beach and were excited to be able to have a buoy for our boat. We can't say anything but great things about this house and setting and hope we can come back!

Wonderful home + awesome location!

We loved our stay! The views from this home of the Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains are incredible. It's a relatively short walk down the beach to Kayak Point State Park, which is worth visiting (though part of it is under construction at this time). The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, etc... The owner was easy to communicate with on all matters & very kind. He even provided an early check-in, which we had not requested but greatly enjoyed.

Perfect family beachfront home!.

Beautifully decorated, clean waterfront property. We loved everything! Comfy beds, large patio. I loved the room set up with the 2 kings, 2 twins and dble and twin bunk room. Being from out of state, only wish there were more seasoning in the kitchen other than just salt and pepper. Also, 2 complimentry laundry pods and coffee would be nice. We.wpuld defin love to return to this beauitiful home!!

Perfect setting for family time

I had my East Coast cousins fly in for my daughter's wedding. The property was even nicer in person. It was beautiful in the pictures as well. It was very, very clean and well maintained. The neighbors were friendly. It was a beautiful setting and everyone couldn't stop saying how nice it was to stay here together as a family. Right on the Beach!

We all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. For those that are disabled, there are 3 steps to enter the house and 4 steps to get down from the deck. There are no railings. The oven didn't work but a new one was delivered the day we left. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay at the beach!

This is our third time back at Lukes and we absolutely loved our stay! McKees Beach is special to our family as we have been coming here for over 50 years. We love staying at Lukes as it is right on the water, very clean and has everything you may need for your vacation! We love to cook in th spacious kitchen, lounge on the beach, and take the little ones to play in the park. It really is a magical place and Terry and Glenna are amazing hosts. We will be back next summer!

Wonderful Family Girls Weekend

We couldn’t have asked for better western Washington weather! The views from Luke’s Landing of Camano Island and the Olympics are beautiful! The vacation house is nestled in a small older vacation beach getaway just a short distance from Stanwood and lots of shopping at the Tulalip outlet mall. The house is very comfortable for our group of varying ages, and nicely renovated.

Great weekend getaway

Awesome place on the water! The house is spacious and could easily sleep two families of four. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a ton of outdoor furniture available for enjoying the beach. We really enjoyed staying here!
