This apartment is suitable for two people and has a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The cozy living room is decorated in Spanish style and equipped with a nice sofa, air conditioning (cooling/heating), a dining area and a smart TV with free wifi. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, electric oven, ceramic hob, hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pressure cooker, toaster, hand blender and a wide selection of dishes, pans, cutlery and utensils. There is a washing machine in the patio. The windows have security and shutters for blackout.

Outside you will enjoy a beautifully landscaped very spacious garden with fruit and olive trees, colorful flowers and garden furniture. The communal gardens behind the house are very well maintained and lushly landscaped with tropical plants creating an idyllic atmosphere. Behind is an enclosed patio where you can sit in the sun in winter (Overwinterers!).

The cottage is uniquely located on the edge of the urbanization, with direct access to the Via Verde de Mazarrõn, a beautiful nature reserve for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. The path offers a varied landscape and passes sights such as the Sierra de las Moreras and the old mining areas of Mazarrõn.

At the urbanization (200 m) you will find a beautiful swimming pool (extra charge), tennis courts and Spanish restaurant with live music on some evenings. At 150 m you will find a SPAR store, hairdresser and a Petanque court.
At 8 km are the most beautiful beaches and nice stores.
