Apartment 26 is located directly at Bismarckplatz, which enables you to walk out of the house and be right away at the city centre. Bismarckplatz pretty much provides you with everything from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres, public transport hub, entrance to the old part of the city and walking distance to the river. Therefore the apartment is located perfectly for any kind of exploring of the city.
You can use the elevator until the 3rd floor. After that you will have to walk another 1.5 floors to arrive at your private entrance of the apartment. The apartment itself is located over 2 floors. The main bedroom is on the "first floor" while the second bedroom is one floor above. Furthermore there is a quite large living and dining area and a kitchen as much as a bathroom.
