Multi-unit located with direct access to Salisbury Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, skim boarding, surfing, building sandcastles, and unsurpassed views. Just a short walk to the Salisbury center, The Blue Ocean Music Hall and the Sea Glass Restaurant. Enjoy free concerts every Saturday along with fireworks from your fenced yard every Saturday night, from the end of June to Labor Day. This property is ideal for family vacationers who love the beach and a kid-friendly environment. Nearby you will also find Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston.
This unit is equipped with hardwood floors, new furniture, appliances and beds, cable, Wi-Fi, and flat screen televisions. Additionally, it has an ample shared yard with picnic tables, gas grill, seating, outdoor hot and cold shower, private porch and parking.
The three bedroom unit is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Located directly on the sand, with ocean views from the front porch and second floor bedroom. It has a private porch, full stainless steel kitchen, with central air conditioning to make things especially comfortable. Three bedrooms are located upstairs; one with a queen bed and the two other bedrooms have Twin-over-full size bunk beds, and the whole house sleeps up to 10 people. This unit comes with two designated parking spaces.

There is a second amazing four bedroom, beachfront rental unit available for larger family gatherings or vacationing with friends. It is also newly renovated, with a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large living room and bathroom downstairs. The Four bedrooms are located upstairs; two with queen beds, skylights and ocean views… you can watch the sun rise (not to mention the moon!) from the comfort of your bed. The other two bedrooms have Twin-over-full size bunk beds, and the whole house sleeps up to 10 people. This unit comes with two designated parking spaces.

Sunrise, Moonrise

The beach house was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Loved hearing the surf, watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the beach, watching the gorgeous orange moonrise, glass of wine in hand. A very relaxing and peaceful setting for me and family to spend time together.

Perfect beach escape

Convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Nice beach condo. The bunks are a bit rickety and rackety. The smoke/CO alarm went on for a minute at 4am on departure day. We encountered a small problem when we arrived but, it was immediately resolved. Friendly neighbors, great location!

Amazing Beach Front Property!

We had a wonderful stay with the ocean right at our finger tips. Perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved the private access to the beach. Just heads up make sure to bring your own (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, trash bags etc.). The outdoor shower was great to wash off before going into the house. Great walking distance to downtown for fun activities for the little ones. We absolutely loved everything! It’s a beach house and well loved but wouldn’t have asked for anything more!

Property was great. Restaurants were hard to find but that could have been due to being out of season. House didn’t have normal amenities like soap or paper supplies but other than that it was as described.

Wish we had better explanation of things that we are supposed to do and things we aren't supposed to

In the major cases it was a nice day place was clean but there wasn't a lot of the stuff that you would need like microwavable plates. I don't know if this is a new place and they're just starting cuz there was no warmness in there there was one picture on the living room wall but that didn't upset our stay we love the ocean and the ocean and we had a view from the small porch on the side so it was nice

Ease, comfort and relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at the property! I grew up staying in cottages at Salisbury Beach and wanted to bring my family from the west coast to experience some of what I remembered. This did not disappoint. The owner was responsive and helpful, the location was perfect for a family with kids to enjoy beach access and a short walk to the center with food/arcades/retail. Outdoor shower for after our beach days. Clean & modern laundry facilities are right down the street if you need them. I can only hope we’ll be able to stay here again when we come back next summer, space was clean and well-appointed, plus the location can’t be beat. If you have a larger group, same owner also rents out a 5 bedroom unit in the front. We had friendly neighbors and enjoyed sharing a big yard with them.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. This place has 2-zone central AC/heat. The upstairs AC was not working properly on arrival but Jonathan was very quick to get it fixed. We found the place very comfortable and the location is close to everything and literally just steps to the beach! A private yard which is shared with the other unit offers a great gathering spot with chairs, picnic tables, and a GRILL! The kitchen has most items you need to cook meals. You will need to bring paper products, trash bags & and dish soap. Also as stated, towels. Bed linens provided and clean! I highly recommend this place. I saw a review that stated it was more worn than expected. Yes maybe but that only tells me many people have enjoyed it as well. To me, cleanliness and comfort are most important. The couches were very comfortable! Thank you again, Jonathan! We really enjoyed our week!

Great beach house for family fun!

Great location on the beach! Our family has been coming to Salisbury for years and this house (unit A & B) is our favorite....clearly everyone else's too bcs it's been hard to book every year. Walking distance to the center for even more fun. Oulets close by for shopping. Boston close by too.

Amazing Location!!

Jonathan was a great host! The property was just like the pictures. We were right in the beach and it was a nice quick walk to the restaurants and the arcade for my son and friends. I didn’t want to leave….. Reserved it again for next year.
