Recently renovated townhouse centrally located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. You can park, relax, and and have a great vacation without having to get back in the car. This location offers convenience to surf shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a local grocery store. Beach access just steps away. Wireless internet service, full bath on second floor(renovated 2018), half bath on first floor, hot and cold shower in the garage under the unit. Master bedroom also offers a vanity sink. 4 car parking. TV locations are the master bedroom and living area. Well equipped kitchen - renovated in 2014.
Saturday-Saturday rental during peak season.

Perfect Beach house!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house! We were able to walk to our favorite shops and restaurants everyday. The view of the ocean from the cozy front porch with rocking chairs was beautiful! The house was clean and the beach themed decor was perfect! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

This is our favorite property to stay in at Wrightsville Beach. Comfortable accommodations and steps to the beach. The owner is very responsive to our questions and needs. Look forward to coming back each year. It’s become a family tradition!

Love this rental

This is our second year staying and we absolutely love this property. It’s very well appointed, within walking distance of so many fun shops/restaurants, and steps from the beach. We will definitely be returning next year as well.

Great family beach week

We stayed one week with 4 teenage kids and had a great time. The outside shower was perfect given there was only one shower inside. So nice being close to downtown area. Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the porch and ocean breeze/view. Kitchen was well equipped and nicely organized.

Our second stay - highly recommend

This was our second stay at 20 Oceanic with our family of 5. Location, location, location - everything is in walking distance. We parked on Saturday and did not drive again until going into Wilmington for dinner on Friday! I also recommend ordering your groceries on line with Harris Teeter for pick up at 2:30pm before you cross the bridge so you can avoid grocery shopping!

Little Things

Great location next to the beach and commercial area. The heating system was out. The toilet did not flush properly. Forgot sheets and towels. Stairs. Rocking Chairs.

Fantastic spot

One of the best spots in Wrightsville beach. House was very clean and well taken care of. Literal steps from the beach with great parking. Plealnty of room for our small family and bottom garage was great for 4 year old to run some energy off after dark. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

Perfect and convenient space for our active family. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops and the walking loop. The house provided everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, Beach chairs/toys, extra towels, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Best beach house experience

My family and I have been searching for the perfect beach rental for the past 8 years and we've finally found it! We were previously renting at the Outer Banks and were continually disappointed when our rentals did not pan out the way we had hoped. Unfortunately, we have been burned a few times by renting places that did not match the pictures at all. We are by no means "fussy" renters and just chalked it up to the rental experience. This year though, we decided to give Wrightsville Beach a try and we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Suzanne's property. The townhouse is the perfect distance from the beach and we are able to walk to loads of restaurants, shops, and ice creams spots. The house is wonderfully appointed and it was thoughtfully decorated throughout. It really had a homelike feel and on the second day of our weeklong stay, we went ahead and booked it again for next year. We've NEVER booked the same location twice at the beach, so that's certainly saying something. Suzanne was even kind enough to help me figure out a delivery situation that I goofed up on. The entire stay was lovely and we are really looking forward to next year. Don't hesitate to book this spot, you won't regret it!

Our Small Piece of Heaven

Great condo. Great, livable space. It's been updated and the kitchen space is phenomenal! The Host Suzanne, was very helpful when we had a delivery issue. Very responsive to our needs. The perfect place to stay if you want a great, beach vacation!

Our second time here -- so charming!

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it so much. This home has so much charm -- from the beach decor, to the hammocks outside, to the cleanliness. Though it only has one bathroom with shower, it always works out perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids because there is a sink in the master bathroom, a second half bathroom downstairs, and a really nice, large outdoor shower. It's super convenient to have extra parking spots so our family local to the area could come visit us for beach days. We loved sitting outside and listening to the crashing of the waves every chance we got. We spent almost every day at the beach, which is a minute walk away, and we also enjoyed the short walk to Sweetwater Surf Shop (great shop for teens and tweens), the ice cream/Italian ice stand on the corner, and The Loop (for morning walks). On Monday, we enjoyed the Wrightsville Beach Farmer's Market (just a quick drive away with ample parking). This home is also a close drive to some of our favorites -- Mellow Mushroom, Lovey's Market (groceries and cafe with vegan options), and Wrightsville Beach SUP for kayaking or paddleboarding. Suzanne, the owner, is so kind and responsive. We had a wonderful week!

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location could not have been better. We could have parked and walked everywhere we need to go the entire week. The three-story townhouse had great space for my family of four. Each kid was able to stay in their own room. The walk to the beach was very short. In fact, it was easy to pop back and forth to the house. We didn't need to pack up a day worth of provisions, we could just head back and get a snack. I really enjoyed the front porch. You can see and hear the ocean with your morning tea. Would stay here again.

This place has it all!

We will want to stay with you again - you have thought of everything! Not to mention the very best Wrightsville Beach location - walked to Roberts Grocery, ice cream, night life and restaurants. The place is very well taken care of and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! The porch is just the best for coffee in the morning and a book in the afternoon. You can park your car, relax, and and have a great vacation without having to get back in the car.
A short walk to the public dock to watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound! There is a walking/running trail 'the loop' at the end of the street. This is a 2.4 mile loop that you can enjoy for exercise. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park and other outdoor activities such as basketball and tennis.
