About this property

Phoenix 8 #201...This 2 BR/2BA condo is very upscale! It is a corner unit with plenty of room for everyone! There is a combination Living Room / Master bedroom so we call this condo a "Studio"....although it also has a second Master Bedroom across the hall. This condo would be perfect for a family to enjoy since the main living room to congregate and watch tv is located in the Master Bedroom..(the living room is actually inside of the Master Bedroom). There are spectacular views everywhere you look in the Living/Master since this is a corner unit! This combo room is huge...and it leads to an over-sized balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach. The adjoining Master Bath has travertine floors, soaking tub, stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity.

The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a king-sized bed with a balcony overlooking the tennis court and parking. The adjoining bath has travertine floors, soaking tub (NOTE: jacuzzi jets do not work!!!), stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity that your family will LOVE!!

The gourmet eat-in kitchen is in the center of the condo in between the two bedrooms. Two can eat at the breakfast table. This fully-stocked upscale kitchen has a Viking Stove! And, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry area.

There is a locked door right when you walk into the unit. This door remains locked at all times, unless you book unit #101 as well. Then, we provide a code for the door and it becomes a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath for large families to rent.

Best balcony!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable although we like them a little firmer. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony eating and enjoying the scenery! We would love to rent again and if we have more people, rent 101 as well!

Great get away

The pros.Location and walk out to the beach was great. The condo was clean. Checkin was easy. The cons were that there is plugs that do not work here and a breaker tripped. Didnt cause concern. Definitely would stay here again though.

This is the perfect accommodation for any family of 4 or 6. The space is so comfortable and relaxing! The pictures do not do this place justice. Not what I hoped for

The condo was laid out in an odd manner. One bedroom was in the living room. It was supposed to be gulf front and I guess it was but you couldn’t see or hear the ocean. It was too far back on the beach and the sand dunes were built up so tall that you couldn’t see anything. Had trouble with the television. Had to have the receiver worked on for the internet. I will never rent in this condo again.

Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was as advertised. A little different layout but it works. We had plenty of room for the little ones and ourselves. It was clean and cool upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spacious place with big balcony

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great! Only issue we had was doing laundry, we had several black lines/spots and 2 holes from what we believe is the dryer (washer is new). There is a section missing when you open the door and apparently the clothes got caught in it while drying. Hopefully that will get fixed as we just sent into the information with picture. We still loved our stay and gave 5 stars!

Spring Break 2022

Enjoyed the stay. Strange set up but it worked. However had a few maintenance issues. Last 2 days were spent dodging buckets that were catching dripping water from the ceiling, blower and dehumidifier. Sure hope this issue was resolved before the next guest checked in

Perfect vacation condo

This condo is much nicer than the photos indicate. We were 4 adults and one child. The studio bedroom was not an issue. It worked out perfectly. The balcony is huge with a large table, 4 chairs, 2 sun chairs, and room to spare. The only suggestions would be to bring a sharp knife for the kitchen if you plan to cook.

Spring Break

The unit was very clean but the overall property and unit could use some updating. The washer was off balance but maintenance came out immediately and looked at it. It was determine me a new washer was needed and they ordered one promptly. Overall, given that we were there to hang out on the beach and pool, the unit was nice enough and the extra large patio a bonus for morning coffee. I would like a little earlier check in as 4 pm is later than most places.

** There is no living area. The living area is IN one of the bedrooms. ** Kitchen is closed off and on the small side. Only 2 chairs. ** Balcony was nice with nice loungers. ** Beds were comfortable. !! The boardwalk is under repair so you have to walk a LONG way to the beach. Up and down stairs. Just an fyi. !!

It was okay.

The condo is nice, However there are things that needs to be fixed, and hopefully for the next guest you have. The water pressure was weak. The bed frame was also broke when we arrived. We had the maintenance team come by and fix the bed, but the legs ended up breaking in half...

Weather or not

The room was fine but check in was slow. We insured the visit but left a day early due to horrible weather all days at the location. This drove me and my 86 year old father inside but the Dish/TV kept going out so no entertainment. I was a bit concerned that at check out I could any feedback from front desk or insurance foreaving early due to the weather (severe) and leaving a day early due to lack of TV for some entertainment. Either way the location and room are fine. But there are several power outlets not working that did not allow for use of some of my other devises. Just a bit of a bummer since this was a trip with my dad and I'd hoped it would have been better.
