The house, furnished with taste, not overlooked, has all the comforts of a main residence it is very bright by the bay windows which open onto the garden. The swimming pool (8m x 4m x 1.20m) is entirely
enclosed by wooden palisades and the terrace is in ipe. Deckchairs and pool mattresses are at your disposal as well as parasols. The open-plan kitchen is open to the dining room and the garden. It is fully equipped.
House located a few km from the Sainte Victoire mountain in the east and the Luberon range in the north.
The French Riviera (Bandol, Cassis, Les Leques) are 30 minutes from the motorway.

Lovely home!
My family and I had an excellent stay at Pierre and Hélène's house in Aix. We loved that it was close enough to the center city to walk or take a bus, but also gave a feel of serenity and relaxation. Pierre and Hélène were very kind and even bought some toys for our young children, which were much appreciated! The pool was a perfect oasis in the hot summer, and our older son was in there every day! The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities so that we could make meals at home instead of needing to go out every day. Nice big park very close and some hiking trails. I hope to be back in Aix and able to stay with them again some day.

Entspannter Urlaub in privater Umgebung
Hélène und Pierre sind zuvorkommende Gastgeber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Komplett ausgestattetes großzügiges Haus, sehr sauber und mit einem top gepflegten Pool. Ruhige Umgebung, die Altstadt von Aix ist zu Fuß erreichbar. An heißen Tagen sollten die Fensterläden geschlossen bleiben, da es in den Zimmern keine Klimatisierung gibt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Peaceful break in Aix
Pierre and Hélène were excellent hosts. Their house was perfect for us, as it is rare to find a peaceful house with a garden and pool so close to the centre of a lovely city. The house had everything we needed for a great holiday. Thank you and we hope to return.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Au calme, tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville (20 minutes à pieds du Cour Mirabeau), la maison est idéale pour une famille. La piscine est très agréable et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons pu profiter de son extérieur et de ses commodités (en particulier la plancha). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

A magical place
Our two weeks in this magical place turned out to be one of the best vacations we've ever had. The gardens and pool are beautiful, the kitchen incredibly well stocked, and, although the house is not far from downtown Aix, you feel like you're in the countryside. Pierre and Helene are wonderful hosts, and we hope we can return soon to enjoy their lovely home.

Maison conforme à la description. Nous sommes en ville, à deux pas du centre d'Aix, mais le quartier est très calme et le voisinage respectueux. La maison est décorée avec goût, d'une propreté impeccable, et parfaitement équipée. L'espace extérieur est agréable, la piscine est sans vis-à-vis et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, et on peut les joindre facilement en cas de souci. Un seul regret : l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres (il a fait très chaud et les ventilateurs mis à disposition ne suffisent pas). Sinon, je recommande.

Équipement global parfait ! On se sent chez soi, c’est calme - seuls les grillons se font entendre - la piscine est bien pour des vacances avec petits enfants (très sécurisée) - je conseille vivement cette location et je remercie les propriétaires de nous faire profiter d’une maison aussi accueillante !

Un petit paradis
Maison d 'une fonctionnalité hors paire. Equipement plus que complet . Un plaisir de vie à l 'extérieur entre terrasses et piscine. Un très beau quartier de Aix, verdoyant , à l 'abri du tumulte et si près du centre. Une situation qui a ravi la famille toute entière.
