Beautiful location
We stayed in this beautiful place for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. The pool area is amazing with a lot of space and even an outdoor kitchen and grill. The pool itself is very large. The appartment is perfect for four persons and has everything you need. Our host Elisa is very friendly and was always there for us when we needed her. We highly recommend this place!

Nizza mit Blick aufs Mittelmeer
Das Highlight ist sicherlich der grosse Pool, der Wintergarten und der schöne Blick auf Nizza, Antibes, etc. bei Sonnenaufgang und -untergang. Da keine reine Feriensiedlung, nahm man am französischem Alttag ein wenig teil. Die Unterkunft ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllte jedoch alle Anforderungen.

Quiet, pleasent and wonderful place with an incridible view. Very Nice home, garden and swimming pool. We did have the chance to meet the hotes, which are wonderful persons. Our vacations were very happy.

Wir haben zu viert erholsame 10 Tage in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus verbracht. Eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei ist mit einem Fussmarsch in 10 Min. erreichbar. In einer viertel Stunde ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Nizza. Das war ideal, um mit unseren Teenagern am späteren Nachmittag und Abend Nizza und die Restaurants zu erkunden. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Havre de tranquilité
Sur les hauteurs de Nice à l’abri de l’agitation de la ville et pourtant proche de tout, une superbe résidence où la propriétaire est très discrète mais reste malgré tout très attentionnée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour (famille avec 2 filles de 10 et 13 ans). La partie de la maison est totalement indépendante de celle de la propriétaire avec même un jardin privatif. Une vue superbe sur la mer depuis la terrasse où la brise rafraichi des chaleurs de l’été. Une superbe piscine avec barbecue et pool bar viennent compléter ce coin de paradis. Les haies, les palmiers et les fleurs isolent la piscine renforçant l’idée d’être comme chez soi, tout a été pensé pour votre confort : douche, wc, nombreux transats, table et chaises, frigo, barbecue (de plus la piscine est nettoyée chaque matin aux aurores). Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Des chambres spacieuses et fraiches munies de gardes-robes, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon possède le Wi-fi et la télé HD. La sdb est un peu ancienne mais très fonctionnelle, le wc est séparé de celle-ci. Un petit plus est la pergola privée à l’intérieur de la propriété pour laisser votre voiture à l’ombre. Un tout grand merci à la propiétaire pour son accueil et sa sympathie

Wonderful place !
We really enjoyed our time there. All we need was there and everything was beautiful and comfortable : house, garden, view, swimming pool. And very quiet ! A big thank you to our so kind and thoughtful hosts. For sure we will come back.

Location agréable avec extérieur bien aménagé
Les photos et le descriptif sont conformes avec ce que l'on trouve sur place. J'ai testé pour la 1ère fois la formule du logement dans la maison des propriétaires et je ne le regrette pas. Ce sont des personnes aimables et discrètes, soucieuses de notre confort. Pour le reste, la location est bien située pour partir visiter les Alpes maritimes (énormément de très belles choses à voir).

Superbe location
Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. La vue de la terrasse est très agréable, le coin piscine est parfait car indépendant et très bien aménagé, les arbres et les fleurs qui l’entourent accentuent le sentiment de bien être. A l’intérieur, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et cela est très propre.  Une mention spéciale aux propriétaires qui sont très gentils et attentionnés sans jamais déranger. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et allons sans aucune réserve conseiller cette location à notre entourage.

Traumurlaub in diesem Haus
Wunderschönes Haus etwas erhöht mit Superblick,großes Grundstück mit vielen schönen und diskreten Plätzen.Die Besitzer äußerst diskret und angenehm,schattiges Carport,herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Nizza,toller Poolbereich mit Grillstation,gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspühler,angenehme Zimmer,sehr ruhig.Einkaufen im nahen Supermarkt (mit Auto)oder in naher Bäckerei(auch zu Fuß).Auto ist anzuraten. Wir haben herrliche Tage hier verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Très belle maison avec une piscine superbe
Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbes dans cette location. Les locataires sont très sympa. Ils vous aident toujours quand vous avez une question ou un besoin; en même temps ils ne vous dérangent jamais et ils sont très polis. C'était toujours un plaisir de parler avec eux. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout est dans un état impeccable. A notre avis il est parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou aussi plus. L'appartement a une terrasse et une jardin avec une belle vue sur la mer. Chaque matin nous étions ravi de pouvoir rejouir cette vue en prenant notre petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Il y a des arbres qui vous donne de l'hombre, quand il fait très chaud. La piscine est très grande et très propre et vous y trouvez des chaises longues confortables, une tables et des chaises, un réfrigérateur, etc. La piscine est entouré par des jolies fleurs et des grands palmiers. Nous avons toujours pris notre dîner à la table a côté de la piscine. Pour faire un résumé: C'est vraiment un endroit parfait pour passer des belles vacances! On peut très bien visiter la région et la ville vivante de Nice pendant la journée et se détendre après dans le jardin et à la piscine. A notre avis il est nécessaire de venir en voiture, qui est d'ailleurs bien protégé dans la propriété. Nous pouvons vraiment recommandé cette location et nous avons envie d'y retourner bientôt! Merci à nos gentils locataires pour ces belles vacances! Votre famille allemande
