Walk or ride the ½ minute shuttle ride to the slopes or hiking trails. In the summer walk to The Peak 8 Fun Park, The Peaks Trail, and the many mountain biking and hiking trails. Main Street is just 2 minutes down the hill. This home can easily accommodate several families. No car is necessary: ride the shuttle to Main Street or to the ski slopes...or walk!

We love Breck in all seasons. We have 4 children: 2 girls and 2 boys. We all love to ski/snowboard as a family. We also love the summers in Breckenridge. Tim is a family and marital therapist. Nancy is a elementary teacher who tutors students. We work hard to treat our guests as we would wish to be treated. We hope we have a chance to treat you, too!

Walk to the amazing Summer Fun Park and the new world-class summer adventure park at the base of Peak 8 in the summer! Main Street is just 2 minutes down the hill. The free town shuttle is just steps away... right behind the house. In addition, there is something very special about a custom full log home...so warm, inviting, and majestic. Our oversized deck is magnificent with incredible views.
