Great location - 10-15mibs walk to the beach and a 10 min bus ride to Antibes. Lovely villa and pool. All very easy to use. Perfect holiday.

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison et avons passé un très bon séjour. La piscine est très agréable et la localisation permet d’aller en ville facilement sans la voiture. Le région est magnifique avec beaucoup d’activités à réaliser. La maison est très bien équipée, la climatisation dans les chambres est un plus pour les nuits chaudes.

Nous venons de passer presque trois semaines dans cette merveilleuse maison, et j'étais vraiment triste de partir! L'accueil était chaleureux, la maison est vraiment propre et offre tout confort (J'adore la vaisselle dans la cuisine!) et le joli jardin complètement enclos est parfait pas seulement pour nos deux petites chiennes! La situation géographique est super: proche du supermarché "Casino", de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. J'attends notre prochain séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec impatience!!! En plus, il y a tellement de choses à visiter et découvrir dans cette belle région.... La maison est totalement et absolument à recommender!!!!

Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!!!
Wir haben gerade fast drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus in traumhafter Lage verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön: sehr sauber, gemütlich und funktional. Es ist alles vorhanden, so dass man sich auch im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen kann! Jeden Morgen beim Decken des Frühstückstisches habe ich mich über das schöne Geschirr gefreut! Das Grundstück mit dem tollen Garten ist rundherum geschlossen, so dass nicht nur ein oder sogar zwei Autos sicher untergebracht sind, sondern auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde uneingeschränkt im Garten spielen konnten, während wir auf der Terrasse gelesen haben. Es hätte nicht besser sein können, und wir sind immer noch ein bisschen traurig, nicht mehr dort zu sein und freuen uns schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist herzlich, der Empfang durch die Nachbarin ebenfalls. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr günstig, einerseits ruhig, aber man ist auch nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem Strand - alles schnell mit dem Auto oder nach ca. 15 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Erwähnen möchte ich auch die wenige Minuten entfernte Bushaltestelle "Trianon", von wo aus man per Bus (Nr. 200) für nur 1,50 Euro sowohl Nizza als auch Cannes erreichen kann. Überhaupt hat diese wunderschöne Region unendlich viel zu bieten, und ich freue mich bereits riesig darauf, außer Nizza, Cannes, Grasse usw. noch viel mehr kennenzulernen. Fazit: alles top, absolut und unbedingt zu empfehlen, nicht nur für Familien, sondern auch für gemeinsam verreisende Freunde oder Paare, da es abgesehen von der Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoß zwei komplett eingerichtete Bäder im Obergeschoß gibt, eines davon direkt von einem der drei Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Auch der große Balkon ist ein Traum und lädt schon morgens zum Sitzen und Lesen ein. 1000%ige Weiterempfehlung!!!

Nice and cosy villa in Juan-les-Pins
It was a great pleasure to stay at this wonderful villa. We spent there one week and it was great. The house is very good situated in a calm zone but also near a big super market. The centre resp. beach can be reached in about 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. On the ground floor there is a nice living room combined with dining zone and kitchen with direct access to a big terrace and a nice garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms and two bath rooms as well as a little room for one person. All furniture and all equipment is very nice and also practical - the kitchen is fantastic for people who like cooking. We can only recommend it and hope to come back one time. Thank's a lot also for the warm welcome!

Charmantes Feriendomizil
Wir haben eine Woche im Haus L'Adret in Juan-les-Pins verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und ebenso praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist sehr schön geschnitten und man hat unten einen wunderschönen Wohnraum mit Essküche, große Schiebetüren zur Terrasse, die schön groß ist zum Sitzen mit einem hübschen und gepflegten Garten und einer kleinen Grünanlage rund ums Haus. Überhaupt ist das Haus und alles was dazu gehört sehr gepflegt. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr komplett und modern - es gibt elektrisch bedienbare Rollläden, Klimageräte im oberen Stockwerk und das Haus ist gesichert. Es liegt ruhig in einer Wohnanlage, zum Supermarkt sind es wenige hundert Meter, in die Stadt bzw. zum Strand ca. 10 - 15 Min. zu Fuß. Auch mit der Organisation hat alles gut geklappt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely house, lovely location, lovely host!
This house is unbelievable. I came to France for school and was able to stay here for over 3 months, and it made my experience in Juan Les Pins as good as it could have been. Great house, in a great location, and the host/landlord are wonderful people. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, and highly recommend anyone travelling to this area to stay here!

Charmante Villa Idéalement Située Juan les Pins
Idéalement située dans une rue calme proche des commerces, du casino, des bars, restaurant et de la plage de Juan les Pins, la villa Adret offre d'excellentes prestations. La maison est totalement équipée (mobilier d'extérieur, lave-vaisselle, four, cafetière, théière,...) et très cosy. Nous étions tout de suite comme à la maison! Très lumineuse, l'exposition de la villa permet de profiter un maximum du soleil du Sud. La location est très propre et bien entretenue et les propriétaires bien sympathiques! La possibilité de garer deux voitures est un atout non négligeable et fort appréciable dans la région. La location parfaite pour des vacances sans soucis en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande chaleureusement la Villa Adret !
