Estadia no Lenlon

Exelente lugar para ficar tanto o Loft como o local, muito seguro, o Marcos e super prestativo e o Naldo dando a maior assistência durante a chegada ate a partida, recebemos o ap muito limpo e organizado, ja com agua mineral gelada.A localização também é um diferencial, fica proximo do Shopping e da praia

Loved my stay

Absolutely loved my stay at Marco’s appartement in Leblon District of Rio. The beautiful white sandy beach was but a 2 min walk and also in within 5 min walk to so many restaurants and a massive shopping mall. Being my first time to Brazil, or South America for that matter, and don’t speak Portuguese, I was unusually apprehensive coming here solo but felt super safe in Leblon and finishing each day with a few drinks on the beach at night. Marco was an exceptional host, super accommodating and a great source for advice. Thank you Marco

All good, very well located apartment

The apto is very well located, just a few meters from the beach and very close to coffees, bars etc. The building is a little old but the apartment has been renovated recently and is very confortable and very well equiped with all necessary appliances. I strongly recomend.

Great location!

The location is great but the building is old. The apartment itself is cute and has everything that you need. The host is great! Be aware that there is flight of stairs up (no elevator) if you have small kids. Also, the window and TVs weren’t working.

Terrible experience

Most importantly, the AC made me sick after just one night. So I looked at the AC and there was black mold all over the top of it. The building is full of roaches and the owner did not leave check in instructions so I was not able to check in on the agreed day and time. Then he denied everything and claimed that everything works perfectly. I left immediately and had to get a hotel room. Stay away.

Best location in Rio!

The place is located in one of the best and safest location In Rio! I am a female and stayed there by myself feeling absolutely safe! I would walk by myself at night to the beach and back absolutely fine! You can see the beach from your bedroom window, while birds sing, interred by car some trafic noises though! Vanusa who received me is sweet and very attentive! She was flexible and kind with arrival time being delayed a feel times. Marco Antônio was quickly responsive and easy to communicate with! There plenty restaurantes close by, but specially a local one on the corner, to the left, that is absolutely delicious and cheep! Best rice and beans, and Feijoada! Everything you will need will be at walking distance from the place! It is a small place, but Perfect for what I needed!! The only thing that could make it better, specially for longer staying, is if it had a laundry washer! Will be back!

Se você estiver com dúvida em qual acomodação reservar, pode apostar nessa.

Surpreendente e aconchegante. Excelente acomodação. Cozinha completa, tudo novinho. Ar condicionado potente, roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas, cama confortável (tamanho grande). Edredons disponíveis. O apartamento é muito confortável (clean), limpo, todo reformado e a localização é a melhor da zona sul para quem quer curtir os bares do Leblon e também ficar próximo a Ipanema. O metrô está a 2 quadras (estação Jardim de Alah). Com certeza elegemos o nosso cantinho preferido para hospedagem no Rio de Janeiro. Marco é um excelente Anfitriao e nos passou todas as diretrizes, alem de flexibilizar o checkin e checkout. A moça que faz a limpeza e nos recepciona no checkin também é adorável, Vanusa. Se você estiver com dúvida em qual acomodação reservar, pode apostar nessa. Esqueça de todas as outras. Vale cada centavo Você vai se sentir em casa.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência! O apartamento é super bem localizado, extremamente prático e aconchegante! Tudo limpo e organizado. Mesmo durante a pandemia, ele nos possibilitou aproveitar a cidade e principalmente a praia! O kit de cadeiras e guarda-sol também foi bem útil. O host Marco foi muito atencioso e a Vanuza nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisávamos. Já vou guardar o seu contato para próximas vezes, pois tenho certeza que vou voltar!

Supera expectativa

Ficamos 2 noites na propriedade do Marco Antonio. O apartamento é muito comfortável, pertíssimo da praia e do shopping Leblon, o bairro é lindo e transmite segurança. Alem de tudo o espaço parece maior do que é. Gostamos muito e queremos voltar sempre aí.

100% satisfeito!!!

A leitura que fiz dos depoimentos passados foi imprescindível para a minha escolha. As fotos disponibilizadas fornecem com precisão as informações internas. Localização excelente. Há no máximo 100m da orla do Leblon (posto 11). Distância equivalente da rua Ataulfo de Paiva, onde se concentram lojas de tudo o que você precisa. O loft foi encontrado muito limpo. Disponibiliza travesseiros, edredons, coxas de cama, e eletrodomésticos que te possibilitam fazer refeições sem ter que sair dele. Espaço totalmente aconchegante. Estávamos eu e minha namorada. Voltarei, com certeza, para este loft. Gostaria de ressaltar a atenção que me foi disponibilizada pelo proprietário Marco Antônio. Desde o início, já no check-in, ele foi altamente empático e me possibilitou uma entrada facilitada associada ao horário do meu voo de chegada ao Rio. Isso nos deu muita segurança e facilitou/otimizou em muito nossa viagem. Durante a estadia, a atenção do Marco Antônio era quase que diária, disponível para nos fornecer dicas de alguns locais. Além dele, a Vanuza, responsável pelo check-in e check-out, foi sempre muito ativa e atenciosa. Desta forma, é impossível deixar de falar que a nota para tudo o que eu e minha namorada vivenciamos no período da estadia seja 10!!! Muito grato a vocês, Marco Antônio e Vanuza.
