Cozy apartment in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, close to bohemia, today's bars, chorinho and samba. At the same time with all the leisure infrastructure and near the city center. Conforto, segurança e tudo que precisa num só lugar...

Primeiramente gostaria de tornar público tamanho cuidado que a proprietária, Glória, disponibilizou ao nosso grupo. Sempre presente, desde o contrato até a saída do apartamento. Muito resolutiva e sempre apta a propiciar um melhor conforto à todas nós do grupo. Sobre o apartamento : Amplo, ficamos bem acomodadas , tudo muito bem cuidado, recebemos ele bem limpinho e muito confortável, todos os cômodos. A estrutura de lazer é uma avaliação à parte... um condomínio riquíssimo de atividades para quem deseja ficar descansando por lá mesmo. Piscina perfeita, academia bem estruturada e serviço de restaurante impecável. A segurança na portaria é muito ativa e criteriosa, ninguém entra sem identificação. O imóvel é próximo à ótimos restaurantes e supermercados, e muitos passeios fizemos a pé, pela proximidade do centro e outros em Uber pagando baratinho. Enfim, foram 16 dias bem instalada e em nada tenho do que reclamar. Somente elogios e gratidão pelo acerto na escolha do apartamento da querida Glória. Voltarei em breve.

Recomendo!

Aos que procuram por um imóvel localizado na Lapa, mas com o conforto, a limpeza e a segurança da zona sul carioca, não há lugar melhor. O apartamento está localizado em um condomínio (Cores da Lapa) bastante novo e muito bem equipado e, internamente, encontra-se decorado e composto de forma prática e completa (móveis; eletrônicos; internet wi fi; TV por assinatura; artigos de cama, mesa e banho; utensílios de cozinha etc.). No período em que permaneci, encontrei tudo limpo e em bom estado de conservação. Todos os procedimento de locação são feitos diretamente com a proprietária, que é bastante solícita e simpática. Enfim, aos que querem ficar perto da zona central da cidade, seja pela boemia da Lapa, seja pela área econômica e judiciária (ou por um pouco de cada), penso não haver melhor opção.
