Beautiful 3 BR, 2 Bath beach front corner condo with wrap around balcony facing pool and beach. Master bedroom has king bed with a walk in closet, a 32' flat screen television with a DVD player, master bathroom has double vanities and a garden tub. First guest room has 2 queen beds and adjoining bathroom and other guest room has 1 queen bed with a balcony for a beautiful view of beach and street area. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Brand new carpet in the bedrooms, new ceilings fans installed in 2 guest rooms and new tile on balcony just installed.

We love staying at Emerald Key. Close to stores & restaurants. This condo has a great view. Decor is up to date. Communication w owner easy & response timely.

You can't beat this building. It is wonderful and the layout is great. This condo is well stocked and we really enjoyed staying here for the second time.

Great condo with wonderful view and beach access

We loved our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were nice and as pictured. The main balcony was my favorite place with its amazing view of the beach. The beach was not crowded, which was nice. The only problem we ran into was the elevator was not working on the day we were leaving, which was just unfortunate timing. Diana was very responsive (and apologetic about the elevator, even though it wasn’t her fault). We would happily stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo was exactly as described! Although there is only 1 elevator we never had to wait and the elevator opens right to the front door for easy unloading/loading. The condo has beach toys, a layout chair, and a pack n play. The outdoor table and chairs were the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a condo! The beach was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great beach view, location needs some TLC

This condo is in a great location. It’s right on the beach for perfect views of the ocean. Owner is friendly and responsive. With that being said, the condo was not very clean. There are areas throughout that need drywall patching and painting. The cushions on the chairs at the kitchen table were shredded and scratched up and beds not very comfortable. The owner told us she has a new kitchen table set on order. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the chairs as we play lots of board games on vacation and the chairs were awful. We made the best of it but would not stay here again.

Awesome condo

Host was very accommodating and did what they could to meet our needs! Condo was clean and had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view was great on both balcony's. We had a great time!

“The Very Best”

We had such a great time, each doing just what they wanted to do with no worries. Excellent Owner/Host, great communication. Very roomy, nicely decorated, comfortable, Condo. The fifth floor view from this Condo is simply the best. We will definitely be returning here

Condo was beautiful! My family of 6 were very comfortable with plenty of room. So clean and had everything you would need for a week at the beach. We hope we can rebook next year for our next OB trip!

Near everything you need. Very spacious! Owner is wonderful! Beach is not crowded because it has smaller amount of units so it was incredible! Would totally stay again!

Property owner is on top of everything! The condo is nicer than the pictures. Carts are available for unloading and loading. Very clean! It’s always difficult to remove sand from beach properties, but this condo has a very good cleaning company. It was spotless upon arrival! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo and the property. Balcony wraps around and is very spacious and big. Condo has everything you need. Will defiantly be staying again. I like the fact that it isn’t a super big property and the beach isn’t crowded because of this.

This property is very nice. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach front atmosphere. Diana, the owner is very nice and quick to return messages. The place is updated and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views!

We had the best time at the beach these past few days. The unit is directly beachfront with amazing views anytime of the day! Condo is across the road from a shopping center where you can get anything you'll need for your trip. Diana was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely book with her in the future!

This building is great because it is a smaller property with 18 condos. Just a very short walk to the beach and a beautiful view. Very close to lots of restaurants and stores.
