This was an excellent place to stay for a family. We loved getting to walk to City Park and also an easy walk to the street cars on Canal. Clean house, comfy beds, and easy check in process. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others traveling with kids. Having access to a kitchen and a washer/dryer makes traveling with kids so much easier.
This was a perfect getaway for a long weekend with a friend to explore New Orleans. A short walk to City Park, streetcars and grocery stores and restaurants. The house was furnished perfectly with modern interiors inside a classic historic home. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds made it the perfect stay.
We love this location, very close to city Park, which is gorgeous. Was easy to get the bus and trolley from here. Property was clean and well kept. Owner was very responsive with a couple of minor issues.
This was a great little place that was just a short drive/street car ride to the French Quarter! Met all of our needs and helped make our first NOLA experience great!
It was a great property, clean, well stocked, in a great neighborhood and as a bonus only 3 blocks from City Park. Great park for walking and seeing the Christmas lights
The property is as pictured! We enjoyed being able to walk to City Park and Morning Call. The location is easy for Lyft to access as well. We loved this property and would love to stay here again.
Great place to relax in the evenings before bed. Very quiet and nice area to walk around. Close to Bourbon street if you want to check it out. Many great restaurant choices.
We had a fantastic stay! The house was a very well kept classic shotgun in a charming. My friend and I really felt we got to experience some of the best of NOLA - truly awesome location in Mid City. We walked to City Park and Canal St and easily made our way downtown as well. Clean, comfortable beds with plenty of extra linens and blankets. Gracious hosts as well. Highly recommend!
Just as described. In walking distance to several good places. The park close by is amazing. We met Steve, he was great. Hung out with us and gave us several recommendations on whatbto do, where to go, etc. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Great little place to stay in Nola! Brian was very good about reaching out before our stay to give any info we needed. The house is in a good spot, seemed like a quiet neighborhood and not but a few miles away from Bourbon and all the other attractions. 10/10 recommend!
Great property- location was super. Able to walk to City Park, trolly while being tucked away in a safe area. House was perfect for our family of four. No issues finding parking.
Such a great location for a family. Walking to city park everyday was awesome. Felt like i was at my moms house. Super cozy! It is a railroad style home so you have to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom two. Not a problem for us but good to know.
This was the perfect spot for my wife and I and our two young ones. A great place to explore the city from and have access to City Park. The place was very clean and in a quieter neighborhood with some great walkable food and drink options. Brian was great to communicate with and would highly recommend this spot!
We had an awesome time. Steven and Brian were super friendly. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The shower was nice. My favorite part was sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery of the quiet neighborhood.
Great home base during Mardi Gras. Brian gave helpful tips for getting around and very friendly neighbors were very welcoming and helpful as well. Very comfy home!
The property is very well cared for and all the positive reviews are not exaggerated at all! This is worth booking for your next New Orleans trip for sure. Cab ride from the property to the French quarter was about $15
This home had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, lots of extra towels (and bedding), a quiet street and best of all…location, location, location! Two streetcars, tons of restaurants, groceries, City Park, all within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. The hosts were fantastic….couldn’t ask for more!

Great House, Excellent Location!
Our family of four stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it.
Communication, check in, and payment were clear and conveniant.
The house is within walking distance to the park which is wonderful. We highly recommend Morning Call there in the park for coffee and beignets. It was much less crowded than Cafe du Monde and the service was excellent. The house is also within walking distance of the street car which we recommend for going downtown. We used uber as well.
The house has a full kitchen, washer and dryer and two full bedrooms. We would highly recommend it.
