The Perfect Home Base

We had 3 couples on our stay and it was the perfect base for us to see so many venues in the area. The 3 king beds were great so no one had to fight over a larger bed. The house did not lack for anything and was well maintained.

Great spot close to town square

Lovely place within 18 min walking distance to the main town square. Amenities were as advertised - BBQ, hot tub, WIFI, etc - and kitchen was fully stocked. We'd gladly stay here again on our return trip to Paso.

Location was convenient and house was overall clean and good condition. Rooms were a nice size for everyone and the patio area and hot tub were a nice bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. I also appreciated the limited to do list at checkout. Everyone agreed we'd be happy to stay here again!

This is our second time staying at 3Kings, and it again did not disappoint. It’s a lovely house, nice layout and kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities you could need to feel at home. Claire has great communication. We look forward to staying again!

Lovely Paso Robles Cottage

This is a great house for couples visiting wine country and enjoying a weekend away. We stayed with two other couples - perfect to have 3 bedrooms all with King beds. The house was well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, BBQ, wood fire place. Exactly as listed. We look forward to coming back.

Paso Robles get away

We had a fabulous time here! The house was clean and the owner left a very nice note for us. One night we grilled and ate on the patio. Another night we lounged in the hot tub and watched the stars come out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. The location is great as you can walk to downtown Paso Robles easily from the house.

Every thing we needed

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay together so we could cook together. Everything we needed was available and fairly easy to find. We had another family over for breakfast, plenty of room for all of us to sit and eat together. The hot tub was awesome and ready for us at checkin.

Family Fun in Paso Robles!

Our family including adult children and an intrepid terrier spent a comfortable long weekend together at "3 Kings". We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, hanging out around the fire pit, and walking downtown for a special dinner. Claire made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect visit!

3 Kings Pas Rbles

This is an older refurbished, repainted but not remodeled 3 BR 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, parking was easy. The appliances all worked. We did not use the TV. The AC worked great, thank goodness as we were there during a heat wave. We did not use the hot tub. There is a fire pit which I cannot imagine using as the lot behind and next door consists of dry grasses. Deer come out at night behind the back fence, so if you have a barker, be prepared. The back fence is not in good shape and I was worried our dog would get out but that did not happen. The check in email said the owner would meet us at the house with a key upon arrival. It turns out there is a key code. Fortunately we found out before we arrived so we didn't have to wait in the heat. The bedroom closest to the garage doesn't seem to get as cool as the other two. The light outside the front door is motion activated and turns on when it gets dark so it's hard to tell f it's set to "on" during the day. We would stay again. House was comfortable for the two of us and it was easy to get to everything.

This home is very special to me. It is my first home, and I designed it from the ground up. After a recent trip to Kona and having stayed in a vacation rental I decided that I wanted to turn my property into a vacation rental and offer travelers the opportunity to have all the amenities of home, and maybe more, at a reasonable price. I have a large family myself and love having the opportunity to be able to offer families and friends a nice home to share and enjoy all together.

Why they chose this property

Paso Robles has so much to offer. The wine industry is an obvious draw with over 250 wineries to visit and enjoy sampling their wine and most offer entertainment or special events. The beach is just a 40 minute beautiful drive away. The CA Mid-State fair in July books some of the top performing artists for summertime entertainment. The Paso Robles Event Center is home to many equestrian shows throughout the year.
