This is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated luxurious condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, large bedroom, and large living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. Bedroom has a flat screen tv, queen sized bed can sleep a maximum of three people. There is a cozy dining area that sits 4, and a very large living area with a flat screen tv and a large leather couch/sofa bed for all your comfort needs. The private balcony has four chairs and small table and is very quiet. This condo is located on the second floor. Wi-FI and washer and dryer included inside condo.Towels ,beach towels, chairs, noodles, umbrella, cooler.Condon features a large clubhouse offering 24/7 WiFi internet access, a large heated pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance. This newly renovated condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home.This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater Beach on the Gulf of Mexico(voted #1 Beach in the US in 2013)

I loved staying here. The condo was so nice and the pool was as well. The only con is that you have to drive (10min) to the beach. The area that it is located in is convenient though with grocery store across the street.

The condo was very comfortable. The location was great with number of beaches just a short drive. Poolside was fun. We met a number of people who have repeatedly stayed in Avalon Clearwater condos.

Everything was excellent. The condo was very nice, updated, and well decorated. The location was great with plenty of restaurants close by with a Publix right across the street. Check in was easy. Owner had a 3 ring binder in the condo that spelled everything out for my stay. The pool, grounds, etc. were very nice and well maintained. Very short drive to Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach is beautiful with soft white sand and really nice water. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

In the heart of the Clearwater city. Quiet, great balcony on the second floor was nicely secluded for yoga. Owner/manager actually personally came when we encountered problems with finding proper channels on TV. Car is a must in this location.

Our stay at the Avalon condo
Very nice but we were told it was walking distance to beach. It is not. The patio furniture needs new chairs. Very uncomfortable.. the sun umbrella we were left was broken and the chairs for the beach need to be replaced. There is no hand bar in shower so hard for us old people as we need to grip something.

Short Trip for hockey game
Area was very nice and quiet, my baby loved the pool. The only things I saw that made me give a 4 star rating was the shower curtain had mold on it and it appears to have some type of mold on the ceiling vent. Also, we were left with less then half a role of toilet paper, only stayed 2 night and had to go buy more. All in all I would recommend this area.

Very beautiful condo
We had a great week at this property. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the fact that it was gated and secure. It was well equipped, just a few things missing like a measuring cup and oven mitts. We would go back there.

Central to all locations
We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. It was centrally located between Tarpon Springs, St. Pete, and close to Tampa. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The pool was typically crowded. The other people there are very friendly. The property manager was timely with everything we needed.
